It's just a ten-minute walk from my client's office, and the hotel even provides USB-C charging ports. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The in-room office setup was exceptionally thoughtful: a generously sized desk, a lamp with adjustable brightness, and even a hidden power outlet with USB ports underneath, so I didn't have to scramble for charging spots for my laptop and phone. The breakfast truly understands the needs of business travelers, starting as early as 5:30 AM. They also offer grab-and-go yogurt and fruit, ensuring you can still have a substantial meal even if you're rushing to an early meeting. Upon checkout, the front desk staff noticed I was carrying a document bag and proactively offered to check my invoice details. This level of attention to detail was impeccable, making me want to return to this hotel for my next business trip."

"I chose this hotel for its location, just a few minutes south of Changchun Station. The decor has the sense of slightly faded grandeur, but that is part of the charm sometimes, right? All facilities and breakfast were fine for this price point. The main selling point is proximity to the train station."

During check-in, the staff on duty were incredibly warm and generous; they directly upgraded my booking of one standard room night and one executive room night to two nights in an executive room. I was very impressed by this. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was very responsive and worked perfectly. The room was also quiet, and the bedding was excellent, allowing me to rest very comfortably. The breakfast environment, variety, and quality were all commendable. The millet porridge was piping hot, and the chicken sausage tasted delicious. Overall, the breakfast experience was very enjoyable. Upon check-out, Duty Manager Li Yang warmly greeted me, inquired about my stay, and even escorted me to the door. The hotel's warm and attentive service, as grand and impressive as Changbai Mountain itself, left a wonderful impression. The hotel's location is also excellent; Nanhu Park, a large urban forest park, is just a short distance away, making it a fantastic accommodation option for tourists visiting Changchun."

"This college student who is in love has stayed here countless times. I always stay here when I go out with my boyfriend every week. The price-performance ratio is very high. The projection screen is also very large and looks very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and it is very comfortable to take a shower. I like the mirror in the bathroom the most. "We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"1/ The room I was assigned was the last one, but there was no reminder on the booking page. I found out it was the last one when I arrived at the door of the room. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk did not remind me of the arrangement of the last room. It was uncomfortable to go up and down the stairs. There was a young man lying on the sofa next to the front desk. Can our front desk remind the guests? The quilt had holes in it, which was not good."

"There is a small garden next to the hotel restaurant, which is really nice. The yard is very beautiful. It is very pleasant to drink coffee here. When checking in, I casually said that I was hungry and the front desk gave me a snack package, which was very considerate. The room was cleaned very cleanly and the service was very good. I will choose to stay again and I am very satisfied."
