出差到常德！本來住的蠻不錯！本來是要續住的！結果還沒等到第二天退房！開房間的時候，房間開好了，錢也交了！然後前台説已經把房間都訂出去了，我們衹能住一天！真的是搞笑！！！

酒店房間空間很大，衞生也做得非常乾淨，前台小姐姐服務態度很熱情，周到，酒店可以免費停車，周邊設施很齊全，吃飯購物遊玩都非常方便，住這裏給人很温馨的感覺，下次有機會來還會選擇這裏，性價比很高，值得推薦

很一般，破舊，服務也不行。真的需要裝修啦，前台也是冷冰冰的，好像誰欠她錢似的。
設施：破舊
衞生：衞生間黃色污漬多
環境：周圍有點吵，電梯轟隆隆地響
服務：喊服務員半天不來，前台電話沒説完就掛了。
