房間有很重的煙臭味，開窗+吹風，兩天後才算散去大半。本來衞生可以給5分，現在因為煙臭味給3分。馬桶板鬆動。湖景房對着大馬路，窗玻璃隔音還可以，比較靜。但建築內部隔音很差，最後一晚樓下一層的棋牌房從11點開始打麻將，關了窗、戴了耳塞仍然被洗牌聲和説笑聲吵醒，跟前台反映兩次後，説笑聲降低了，洗牌聲仍吵到早上8點多。好的方面：床舒服，熱水勁大，去水順暢，景觀開揚，飄窗好用，洗衣機挺新。樓下早陽包子味道不錯。

整晩不能入睡，門縫和空調管風聲太大，玻璃窗不能完全密封，房門反鎖不了，空調製熱體檢感好差！

非常滿意，前台的小劉帥哥服務態度特別好，連續住了兩晚，下次還會選擇這裏入住。洋湖公園就在馬路對面，吃飯了沒事出去走走特別舒服。

吃飯買東西都比較方便，房間舒適乾淨，隔音好安靜，前台服務態度好，非常熱情，設備也非常齊全有洗衣機，還有那麼大一個抱枕，很滿意
