I had spiders and some other bugs in my room. The room above me was so loud i wasnt able to sleep. (Found out it was workers hired by management) sink did jot drain well. This is why I prefer Hilton.

Best option in Charlotte. It needs some general maintenance (paint touch ups, new carpet, etc) but it's otherwise comfortable, clean, and the staff was wonderful. We stay here every year for a local festival. Never disappointed.

Their oven was down so no hot food for breakfast. Looking at reviews it had been down for over a week. The pancake maker was working, but they were cold. So we had to go to breakfast both days and pay for that. Got to our room and the cabin door fell off when we opened the refrigerator. The TV was hooked up to the dish, they had to fix that. Cobwebs behind the door, under the heat/ac unit. The shower head was thick with like build up.
My son went to the pool and there was a build up on the service so he didn’t use it. This is not the normal experience at a Holiday Inn and the company should really look at this facility. It needs some serious attention.

The overall stay was just ok. We had to get new key cards several times on an overnight stay,because they stopped working. Breakfast was minimal options because the oven was down.

The hotel is loacted in a quiet small town. Easy parking and gas close.
The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The sink is IN the bathroom.
EXCELLENT breakfast, hot and plentifull.

We booked a King suite, and at check in they did not disclose that they didn’t have any kings available. So to our surprise when we got to our room it was a double bed room. When speaking to the front desk there was no apology just that was all they had available. When requesting some sort of compensation for this error there was nothing that could be done. Disappointing to spend over $190 for a night and not even get what we expected.

There was a bit of a funky smell in the room and the AC did not work well. Beds were great.

Mold in window and on curtains of first of 3 rooms (with only 1 room reserved, given the wrong style room, an occupied room second, and then finally the correct room on try 3). Beds were very uncomfortable and keys stopped working 2x in a 2 night stay. Staff also couldn’t find our reservation for the first 30 minutes of check in. Breakfast was nice though!
