The Indian lady at check in was super friendly. Hotel close to the airport and ok for a short layover

Did the job on a long road trip for a bed and shower, that’s about it.

Hello yes we stayed there for 4 days and our room did not get clean not one time I had to change our sheet and make our bed I had to clean our room

They need to upgrade their check-in after hours area. It's terrible and down right gross. The check-in itself was fine. The room was upgraded but still had several areas that needed fixing. It was the lowest rate in the area so you get what you paid for. If you are just staying the night and then leaving it would be fine.

The TV didn’t work in the room when I called
The front desk to notify them they said they would have someone come fix the TV in the morning. What good would that do me if I was checking out in the morning so I asked to be switched to another room and was told they did not have any more available, which was also not true .

The room was nice, it had a smell when I walked in and the bathtub had cracks all in it. they was a space above the mirror that had looked like lent was falling down. When it gets cold and u arenT able to access your key card to your door the front says there isn’t anything they can do about it. so hopefully u have someone else in the room. Overall, I had a good stay.

Friendly staff and nice area. Only downside is they do business work while taking care of customers and have them waiting. Take care of customers first the business. When a customer is at the window, that is the #1 priority at that moment.
