After exiting Exit C of Hongxingqiao Station, go in at the property management location between McDonald's and convenience store. The two innermost elevators go up to the 40th floor (the one outside is not accessible). The annex is a commercial and residential area, which is very prosperous, with all kinds of shops, and transportation and life are very convenient. The only drawback is that the curtains in my room cannot block the bathroom, so light can penetrate in the morning. The scenery is very beautiful during the day and night. Both the corridor and the outside of the window are very soundproof and quiet. ③The staff are also very gentle and patient, and easy to talk to. The young lady who helped check in, Meimei, was smiling throughout the process and helped introduce the room.

This may be the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I was in a bad mood on the first day in Chengdu. I checked in at 1 am. I don’t understand how such an obvious blockage could not be discovered when doing hygiene. Didn’t I do hygiene? It's early in the morning, feedback will be given at 1:30, and it will be cleared at almost 2 o'clock. I took the corresponding tools and unblocking pills, and I saw that it was often clogged, and it still smelled bad. After clearing it, I took a shower and it was still blocked, but it wasn't completely blocked. 2. Poor service experience: I communicated in advance that I would check in early in the morning, and communicated one hour in advance. When I got downstairs, I couldn't find the hotel location, and no one answered my phone calls (I later confirmed that the phone number was correct)! I found it after asking nearby businesses. In addition, I felt that the sewer blockage happened in the early morning, and I was already in a bad mood. Not only did I not receive an apology that I thought was enough, but I actually had the nerve to come over and ask for a good review after leaving the store? (figure 1) 3. Average hygiene: one person will have two pillows stacked on top of each other. I opened the first pillow and found strands of hair on the second pillow (Picture 2). It definitely couldn't be my hair. I wondered again if it had been cleaned? In addition, I found mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and I suspected that they were flying up from the sewer. Others may be a matter of personal preference, not the reason for my negative review: 1. Noise in the room: You have turned off all the equipment in the room, but there is still a sound similar to the air conditioner. Is it suspected to be the central air conditioner? 2. Problems with smart devices: 1) It’s annoying to turn on floor lamps when they automatically recognize motions. Sometimes they light up just by moving the quilt; 2) Some devices feel that the control screen is broken and can only be controlled by small voice when the companion is already sleeping. , you will know how stupid voice control is; 3) There is perfume in the room, which I am not used to.

The environment is quite good, the kids love it very much, the hygiene is also acceptable, except that the bathroom is a bit small, the service is also good, the view from the rooftop is so nice, the transportation is also very convenient, basically there is nothing I am dissatisfied with!
