Environment: We booked a deluxe twin room. We were initially given the room shown in the picture. Later, we asked to change rooms and were given a bigger one.
Facilities: The corridor and the room smelled of new decoration. There were spiders on both beds. The toilet paper roll was expired. The TV could only watch the old live broadcast, not the Internet TV. The water provided was ice dew. There was no screen window, so there were many mosquitoes. We had to plug in the electric mosquito repellent all night.
Service: There were many problems, but they were finally solved. Although we argued many times during the process and the front desk didn't know anything, their attitude was good.
Summary: Not worth the price.
