Minyoun Suniya Hotels in Chengdu

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a Meituan delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃 Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.

After getting off the subway, you can walk more than 500 meters to the hotel. The hotel's fragrance smells very good when you walk into the lobby. The decoration of the whole hotel is also very elegant. When I went to the front desk to check in, the front desk staff was very fast and quick, and they also informed me of the surrounding attractions. The room was thoughtfully upgraded. The room was clean and odorless. The room attendants were also very polite. They would greet me warmly every time they saw me. The overall experience was very good. The price-performance ratio was also relatively high. It is worth recommending.

First of all, the hotel has a good external environment, which is inside the Sancha Lake Scenic Area; each room in the hotel has a certain distance and good privacy. There were not many guests during the two days we went there, and it was very quiet outside the room, so I slept a long and comfortable sleep. Secondly, the hotel itself is very new, with good hardware facilities, large rooms, smart toilets and Dyson hair dryers; each room has a large outdoor space, and the hot spring pool is on the platform or yard outside the room; the drinks in the room are free, and the hotel is still very generous, with welcome fruits and snacks. Third, the hotel's catering is also good, because the hotel is inside the scenic area and there is no catering around, so three meals a day are eaten in the hotel. The Chinese food for dinner is not bad; the breakfast is the best, with a rich variety, and I like beef noodles the most, anyway, it is my favorite taste. Finally, let's talk about the service, because I fell and broke my knee during my stay. It was at night, and the hotel staff brought various disinfection items, but I was not stable in my heart, so I decided to go to the nearest hospital to deal with it. The location of the hotel is not easy to get a taxi, and it was night. I wanted the hotel to find a car to take us to the hospital, but the service staff said that she was the only one on duty at the front desk at night, and the hotel had no car to take us to the hospital. We had to take Didi to the hospital by ourselves. Fortunately, we got a car. After checking at the hospital, it was confirmed that the wound was not too serious, and we returned to the hotel after the treatment. That night, the young man of the hotel's catering manager (surname Li) came to comfort me with a small gift, and apologized for not being able to take us to the hospital; the next morning, it felt like a more senior manager delivered breakfast to the room, and clearly informed us that the cost of our dinner the day before would be waived, and finally apologized to us. So, I think the hotel's service is generally good. We are generally satisfied. This hotel is very suitable for leisure and vacation, and it is suitable for a large family with elderly and children to lie down and rest together. Because of the injury this time, many projects have not been experienced in time, so I should go again.
