The Unbound Collection Hotels in Chengdu

My stay at the Chengdu Kapok Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It happened to be my birthday, and Winnie, a wonderful staff member, proactively asked if I'd like a complimentary cake. She actively coordinated with the decor company throughout the process, and the moment I opened the door, I was deeply moved by the special celebratory ambiance and exquisite details in the room. Winnie not only helped with the room arrangements but also assisted with the TV screen casting details, even during her break. She always responded to my messages promptly, making it a truly delightful and unforgettable birthday experience. The hotel's attention to service details is truly impeccable; from the warm greetings at check-in to the well wishes at check-out, every single employee made me feel like family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Combined with Winnie's enthusiastic and attentive service, the entire experience was simply perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special celebratory touch. The Kapok Hotel is definitely the top choice for celebrating anniversaries or any special occasion! I'll absolutely be back next time!

We went to Chengdu during Easter Holiday and stayed at this Langbo hotel. The view is stunning at night. Room is clean and modern. my kid loves the bath a lot :) Location is excellent and Taikooli is just across the street. Breakfast is quite good with lots of choices yet the coffee is a bit tasteless. Overall We had a great stay!

The front desk as well as other service staff provided splendid service to make us feel at home right from the start to the very end of our stay! Would especially like to commend front desk staff Angela for her help making us feel right at home during our check in. Will also like to commend the uncle from the supplies dept for troubleshooting the HDMI connectivity from my laptop to the room TV. He left us a direct HDMI cable for direct connection to the TV when we found the wall HDMI socket to be not working. Will definitely come back to stay here again when there's another concert nearby!
