WWutaijianzhulvyoutiyusheyingshiThis hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu's Jinjiang District, Panzhongang, and is directly connected to the Aura Shopping Park. You can head downstairs for shopping and dining, making it a one-stop destination for entertainment. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with Dongda Road Metro Station just 50 meters away, connecting to Metro Lines 2 and 8. It's only two stops to Chengdu East Railway Station and four stops directly to Chunxi Road, making it super easy to visit Taikoo Li and IFS for sightseeing.
The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms and even has an adorable mascot dog named 'Xigua Di' (Watermelon Patch) who 'works' every day. There's also a 24-hour fitness center on the 36th floor, where you can work out while enjoying city views.
From the moment I arrived, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave me a baggage tag. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the operator, Mila, even contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs, which was very thoughtful. Whenever I had any issues, the staff were quick to help resolve them, making guests feel valued and cared for!!!

QQianshanmuxue～*Whenever I visit Chengdu, I almost always choose to stay at the Kuanrong Suite Hotel. It's a place I've become very familiar with and trust implicitly.
The hotel's location is super convenient, making getting around incredibly easy. You can walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, and it's right next to the pier for the Jinjiang River night cruise. The overall flow is very smooth, making it perfect whether you're looking to shop or enjoy a relaxed evening activity.
The rooms consistently maintain a good standard; they're spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. The service, as always, is reassuring. The staff are friendly and efficient, and any requests communicated via WeChat are quickly addressed, making the entire check-in and stay process very hassle-free.
The breakfast offers a wide selection, and the afternoon tea is also of a decent standard, making for a pleasant light meal or a relaxing break.
Overall, this is a hotel that strikes a good balance between location, comfort, and service. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I would naturally recommend it.

Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

YYouzachuangtianxiaThe entrance looks quite unassuming, but the property goes back a long way. The private hot spring in the room is great for kids. You really do get what you pay for – we ended up with a school view, and the room was a bit small with the hot spring smell wafting in. Waking up to the fresh forest scent in the morning was absolutely intoxicating. Next time, I'd love to try one of the private hot spring rooms with a mountain view, a really spacious one!

NNateNKI had a wonderful experience in this brand new hotel, with an insane value for money.
As mentioned the corridors and the rooms are brand new, equipped with advanced technologies, smart home, smart curtains, smart toilet, you got it all.
The room was spacious and luxurious, equipped with all kinds of amenities, and featured a fantastic view of the lovely city of Chengdu.
The breakfast featured a wide array of Chinese and even some western dishes, all fresh and delicious, and in addition every day there is a free afternoon tea, as well as fresh noodles and dumplings every night.
In addition there is a free self service laundry room with complimentary detergent and softener, as well as a gym.
The location is fantastic, within a walking distance from a metro station, as well as a huge selection of restaurants and street food stalls of all kinds, as well which are some of the best in the whole city, as well as many shopping centers and attractions such as Wenshu Monastery.

TTiantianquandelaobaI've always wanted to try the first Hotel Nikko in Southwest China, especially after a great experience at one in Nara. This Qingming Festival long weekend, coupled with a discounted Chengdu accommodation voucher, made it excellent value for money. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the executive lounge was open, so I booked an executive lake-view room.
After exiting South Lake Interchange Station (Line 5, Exit B), I hopped on a shared e-bike and easily reached the hotel's main entrance. A welcoming staff member greeted us with a warm bow. The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in. They proactively explained the lounge, various restaurants, the gym, and the kids' club locations, and offered a 3 PM late checkout for the following day. Our room was on the 25th floor, just below the top floor where the executive lounge is located, which was very convenient. However, the elevators were quite slow; it felt like it took at least over a minute to go from the 1st to the 25th floor. The room featured a minimalist Japanese light wood design, which was very aesthetically pleasing and won't easily look dated like a 'senior official' style.
After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the lounge. It wasn't crowded. Afternoon tea came with a charge, but coffee and soft drinks were complimentary. I ordered an iced Americano, which was decent. Afterwards, we took our child to the kids' club, where we had the place to ourselves for over an hour, giving us some free time. For dinner, I originally planned to have Cantonese dim sum at the Chinese restaurant, but was told that reservations were required a day in advance for holidays. I tried the Japanese and Western restaurants, but both were fully booked with a waiting list. In the end, we had to check out the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour. Similar to overseas lounges, their Happy Hour didn't offer a full meal, just drinks and some snacks – barely enough to fill us up. There was almost nothing suitable for kids, so I ended up ordering two pastries from the lobby bar to keep them happy, haha.
After dinner, we experienced the 'starry sky' swimming pool, which was quite unique and our child absolutely loved it. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Besides the usual Western and Chinese options, there were also Japanese ramen, ochazuke, and natto.
Overall, it's a perfect place for a staycation and truly embodies 'omotenashi' (Japanese hospitality). I'll definitely consider coming back again!

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for a business trip, and this time I came on my own. Overall, it's still very good. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms offer great value for money. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, I'd still choose to stay at this established five-star hotel for the price. My only complaint is that I requested a non-smoking room, but after checking in and getting to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I then had housekeeping take care of it.

GGuest UserThe room was super comfortable and spacious, cleaned very well. It is located right next to IFS and the main street of Chengdu with lots of local food stalls near by (even a fresh fruit stand outside the hostel). But the absolute best part were the staff!! They all spoke very good English and super helpful. I was almost stranded in Chengdu and Keya is the only reason I managed to catch my flight back home! Also wonder place to meet people - they have many common areas :)
