First, I have to give a special shout-out to Miss Qiqi at the front desk. Her service was warm and professional, and she answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly, which made us feel very welcome.
The hotel's biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location. You can walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li right out the door, making it super easy to find food, go shopping, or take the subway.
For anyone visiting Chengdu, this is definitely a great choice!"

Overall hotel was clean and tidy. Room booked was big enough and spacious. Breakfast provided was good and the team given their best service.

SShanshanfaguangdewoheniyaThe hotel is relatively new, and its facilities are much more aesthetically pleasing compared to older hotels. Both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk on the seventh floor were very enthusiastic, which gave a vibrant impression. However, the service at the à la carte counter in the restaurant was lacking. While they used standard phrases, there was a strong sense of being brushed off, making the interaction feel stiff. Finally, a big thank you to Jasmine at the breakfast restaurant for her warm communication and excellent service; she really salvaged the experience and is why I'm still willing to give the hotel a five-star rating.

However the hotel staff made up for it with excellent service, they were welcoming and went out of their way to help us. They also remembered the guest were from which rooms too which was very heart warming. The room was spacious enough and was not noisy even though we were next to the main road. The room had free drinks in the mini fridge too, with afternoon tea and night time drinks of 银耳汤, 红枣茶 etc which staff communicated through wechat and helped bring up to the room. Location was near to IFS and 太古里.

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel seems to share a building with other hotels and businesses, as there were many people coming and going. The location is decent; it's a few hundred meters straight ahead from Exit B of Wenshu Monastery.
**Facilities:** Alright.
**Cleanliness:** Clean.
**Environment:** It's close to the subway station with lots of food options, and there are many late-night snack stalls downstairs. The driver even told me there are some 'fly restaurants' (local slang for small, unpretentious eateries with great food) if you turn left at the traffic light ahead.
**Self-service afternoon tea:** A bit disappointing, by 2 or 3 PM, there were only a few plates of fruit left.
**Late-night noodles:** Didn't get to try them; there were just too many delicious options downstairs, and I was already full.

KKongqixieliuhaiI treated myself to a staycation for the last few days of the Spring Festival, as I've wanted to experience the first Nikko Hotel in Chengdu for a long time. I came alone this time to relax, and I was particularly looking forward to their pool, hot spring bath, Japanese cuisine, and breakfast. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend waking up early on the weekend to try the hotel's breakfast. I personally love the 'chazuke' (rice with tea poured over it) – I'm craving it again just thinking about it! The Japanese ramen was also excellent, and the other options were very diverse, meeting five-star standards with some added Japanese specialties.
I couldn't wait to hit the gym and pool right after checking in. The pool water was constantly circulating, so it was very clean, and the pool itself was beautiful. In the evening, it became a 'starlight pool'. The hot spring bath, though small, was located in the changing room, and there was also a dry sauna, making for a very comfortable and relaxing experience.
My room was upgraded for free. It wasn't huge but had everything I needed, including a bathtub. The overall design was Japanese style. I arrived in the afternoon and immediately made some tea, enjoying the city views and the view of Yixin Lake. Although it lacked a natural landscape feel, it still offered a unique experience, like being in another city.
Special thanks to Luna for her warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service. She was incredibly responsive and made me feel very welcome. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Chengdu, highly recommended!

MM253152****The hygiene was good! The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows weren't too high, very soft! The service attitude was also good. The breakfast was quite simple, with buns, eggs, soy milk, and coffee. For this price, the surrounding area is quite noisy, and the sound insulation isn't great. The only downside is that there were so many mosquitoes... I got bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and it happened in both rooms, even my child was bitten. There was nothing we could do. We had planned to stay a few more days. I hope the owner will provide mosquito repellents in every room and do a better job with pest control in the future.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the Tianfu Airport shuttle bus station. There are many international guests at the hostel.
The decor has a somewhat Syrian style. The mattress is soft and thin, and the ladder to the top bunk feels a bit flimsy.
The room near the elevator was quite noisy at night. The elevator's braking sound was constant, and then the sound of cars speeding on the road started. Light sleepers should be cautious.
The private bathroom was clean and had disposable toilet seat covers, which was a nice touch.
