The hotel ***ager is rude. The ***ager was drunk and disrespects people. Gives unusual judgemental stares and throws people out at 5 am. I have serious problems with the hotel. I actually booked for check-in at 6 am specifically and I received telephonic confirmation regarding the same. But when we went to hotel at 5:30 am the ***ager was in sleepy/not in proper state. When I asked for check-in he said that it will not be possible till 12 noon. So I told him that the booking was confirmed online and telephonically. However the answer of the ***ager/attendant was "if you booked online then stay online" in very rude and regressive tone. Then when I raised concern and asked him to cancel his response was like "cancel online and vacate the premises". When I asked whether we can wait in reception till we find alternative arrangement or sort the issue, I was given cuss word and arrogant attitude of the ***ager. Hotrl has not taken any action again him so far
