great hotel great service the bed was comfortable the fresh fruit and veg at breakfast was ok the hotel has become a bit outdated its needs a facelift asap the shower was ok

Very nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool and its shower facilities were excellent. Would recommend anyone who is passing through Chifeng.

現在的萬達和度假村酒店管理公司真的無語！
赤峯這家店不知道是直營還是合作加盟店，如果是直營我真的不理解，酒管的店總和客房或是管家部經理，你們在幹嘛，員工培育嗎？！巡店嗎？！對自己的職場親身瞭解嗎？！為這個品牌負責嗎？！
房間內窗户沒有把手，無法完全關閉，徹夜漏風！窗子開在北牆，赤峯是否多風沙，你們知否？灰塵進不進房間？衞生嗎？
一個賣家500多元/間夜，的品牌酒店，捨不得區區瓶裝水，這格局大大的👍！兩個小瓶，然後引誘消費大瓶水，你要是飲料貼個價錢，説明你人性化管理，但一瓶水，還是怡寶也到了收費的地步了嗎？
中午12點多，回到房間，碰巧服務員在打掃其他房間，我非常客氣的説:“服務員，請給我兩瓶水”。
“先生，您續住嗎”？
是回答的很禮貌，但是我要水呀！
不續住就不給水是嗎？我就是一個普通百姓，路過您店裡，難道一瓶水都不值！
還是去華住吧！最起碼，進門和離店，前台都給水喝。對了，華住（橘子和全季）的健身房有毛巾，有瓶裝水。自助洗衣房內，也有瓶裝水。房間內，瓶裝水給8瓶！
可能一瓶水我老騷滿腹，我也沒格局。但是，我真的覺得您這富力萬達嘉華品牌就這樣嗎？
目前酒店整體都不太好，但請每一個從業者都對得起自己和對得起自己的平台。
今天前台經理王新娟，還是一直安撫我，追到門外都要給我伴手禮，很感動。
感謝她像一位，在高端酒店管理公司從業的工作者！
聽聞，貴集團還要在赤峯新城區開錦華，希望“萬達酒店及度假村”生意興隆，服務好天下客。
