I stayed at their hotels during the Chinese New Year. They were all very good, but the service at the front desk was hard to describe. The front desk was indifferent and inaccurate.

The hotel is very nice. It provides free pick-up and drop-off service. It is also very convenient to take the bus to the West Railway Station. The room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is a pleasant stay experience👍

It’s not far from Chongqing West Railway Station and one bus stop away. It’s probably more than a kilometer walk. There are shops downstairs to eat and drink. It’s easy to find on the side of the road. There are several hotels in one building. Construction is still going on nearby. West Railway Station may be a new one. The rezoned area is not so lively, but the transportation is still very convenient. There are buses. If you arrive late and don't want to rush around, you can choose. If you want to be lively early, you can take the subway directly to the city. However, the environmental price may not be so cheap.

Because my mother and two of her friends were staying at the hotel, all three of them were around 70 years old. When I made the reservation, I considered that this hotel was close to the train station and promised a drop-off service. I didn’t expect that I would want to take the bus in the morning. At that time, I asked the hotel staff. The staff had a bad attitude, was very impatient, and even cursed, saying, "Don't you know how to read it yourself?" In other words, the three elderly people don't know how to take photos and videos, otherwise I would upload it for everyone to see the service attitude of this hotel.
