到了挺晚的，前台很快就辦好了入住，服務態度很好，感覺很親切。房間也挺好，還帶一個娛樂室，總體面積很大。晚上樓下附近還有很多賣夜宵的。交通也很便利，性價比挺高的。

去年暑假入住這家酒店，當時是攜程預訂，後打電話給酒店，酒店叫我把攜程推薦，來店裡入住比攜程便宜，退房需要開票，酒店幫我開票開錯了，聯繫店家，店家不搭理，也不回訊息，今年再次來入住，聯繫前台，前台説去年的，我説去年因為聯繫你們不搭理我，所以今年來問下，前台就不再理我了，把我涼在那，不管是去年的還是今年的，你最起碼給我一個回覆吧，因為是你們原因把票開錯，聯繫你們也不搭理，後來找你們，還很嫌棄

房間整潔寬敞，服務熱情，周邊餐飲店很多，吃飯很方便，喜歡豆花飯，小麪；離重慶北站很近，坐高鐵很方便。離龍頭寺公園也不遠。

酒店比較靠近北站，旁邊有居民區，吃的東西比較多。本次房間不太大，但比較乾淨整潔，設施都較新，員工服務態度很好，早餐都算比較豐富，但沒有咖啡提供，有點失望。整體相對之前住過的凱里亞德，處於比較好的水平。

一般出門凱里亞德都在選項裏 但酒店前台這次讓人比較失望：由於行程安排分兩次定了兩間房，第一晚定了一間普通的大床房 但是有攜程的房型升級 第二晚定的是價格較高的家庭大床房（兩米四的大床）到了前台跟他説希望能給我調整到同一個房間不想再搬。前台表示第一晚給我升級到家庭房。但是入住後發現這個床不是兩米四的，實際上這兩晚住的是價格比家庭大床房低的房型。然後去跟前台反饋，前台表示兩晚價格和我預訂價格差不多 但首先根據價格表我付的價格要比這兩晚高級大床的價格高，而且本身就有攜程的房型升級，相當於第二晚多付了接近一百元。因為旅行安排沒有再和酒店討論 所以衹能在這裏差評了
