設施：酒店設施較為完善，該有的都有，但不是商務出差，有的也沒有用得上。
衞生：衞生還算乾淨的，馬桶和淋浴洗漱台都是三分離的，互不打擾，房間提前通風就更好了。
環境：環境是相當不錯，依山傍水的，很好看。
服務：服務的話還可以，當時入住的時間挺晚的了，也給很快就辦理了入住還算可以。

環境：不愧是湖景房，房間打開窗簾就可以看到外面的風景，依山傍水的很舒適😀
設施：中規中矩，和普通酒店🏨設施差不多，早餐用餐區域也可以在室外，門口外還有帳篷可以用餐，挺有氛圍感的🧐
服務：入住後發現用品都衹有一套，房間裏的座機📞打電話一直沒人接聽，後來打了酒店前台留着的手機號打才打通🥹希望可以送上樓一趟，前台説要我們下樓自己拿（那會準備洗漱了不想下樓以為正常會送過來的）溝通了下店員才送來了，有點尷尬哈哈😅

酒店在山上，體驗了下頭文字D的秋名山路，進房間後發現正對着碼頭，如果打算第二天上島的很方便！服務很好，前台小洪提前聯繫我們，積極介紹了周邊的景點。我們第二天去了旁邊的茶山，景色很不錯，人又少，很推薦！

設施：挺新的，裝修很舒服温馨
衞生：整體很乾凈
服務：去的時候正好下大雨了，前台小洪打傘來接，特別貼心，還幫忙升級了親子房
環境：酒店在湖中間建的，四周都是湖景，住哪間都是湖景房簡直太美了！以後有機會一定再來住！

酒店就在湖中心，三面環湖，一年對着山，自然風景很美
打開窗户就能看到美麗的湖景，心情很舒暢
因為是帶着娃來的，住的是兩米乘兩米的大床，真的很舒服
早餐很豐盛，吃的飽飽的
