The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

Our stay has been pleasant, the room is very spacious and cozy. However, we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service did not come at any time, despite putting the "you can enter" sign on the door handle. In addition, in the toilet there was a dirty towel (with a lot of makeup) from a previous tenant. Besides, after checking out we left our bags in the luggage room and when we went back for them they did not look at the numbering of the tickets, but rather they made us enter the room to "take your bags" without checking if we really had ours. .. obviously yes, but this does not give any security, because anyone can steal them. Otherwise everything quite good.

Bad: - someone elses hairs in bed when i got into it 1st night - wifi signal was very poor. Ended up hotspotting off my mobile - long wait to check in as kiosks werent working. Good: -excellent customer service from Paulo and the team. Went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. - excellent breakfast - vegan options always much appreciated - great location

Usual Premier Inn, great bed so good night sleep. Room had odd smell (slight damp and ?). Staff pleasant and very welcoming but too few. Big queues to check in, two over worked staff members trying to cope. Both automatic check ins were out of order. Same in the bar, too long a wait for drinks. More staff needed. Pizza available until 3am and bar open late which was a plus. All in all, good value and central to city centre.

The room was very hot - no air conditioning. Fan was given but despite that, room temperature remain between 23.5 to 24 oC. Talked to staff and was told that the website says no air conditioning. This is such a basic expectation for hotels like Premier Inn that it shouldn’t rely on not mentioning air conditioning as a facility for clients. Used to be a frequent and retuning customer for Premier Inn, and has significantly changed my likelihood of returning patronage. This is really poor.

The hotel is great for the city Center Tram and Oxford st station. If you stay here avoid room282 it’s near the lift and you can hear the doors opening and closing through the night if you’re a light sleeper.
