The food and catering service was excellent.
It will be grossly unfair if we do not make special mention of the extraordinary courtesy and service rendered by one, Mr. Ahmed Masry (FB). Regret I cannot say the same for Housekeeping who had to be reminded to replace the used tumblers and replenish the water bottles. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Environment: The hotel is located on the third floor of a large shopping mall. Since there is only one large floor, the corridors between the rooms, lobby and various facilities are relatively long. The shopping mall downstairs should be a high-end one in Alexandria, with Carrefour, many restaurants, shops and a cinema, which is convenient for travel and shopping.
Hygiene: Although it is a little old, the rooms and various facilities are very clean, which is even more precious in Egypt.
Facilities: Slippers are not provided in the room, and you need to ask for them from the front desk. There was a problem with the shower head on the night of check-in, and the hot water came out in bursts. Since it was already late at night, I barely finished the shower. In addition, the lighting inside the room is a bit insufficient and dim.
Facilities: The outdoor swimming pool is large and beautiful, and there is a 24-hour gym, but there is no water in the water dispenser, and there are many unused disposable paper cups scattered on the ground without being processed.
Summary: An older five-star hotel with a convenient location, good hardware but a few defects in maintenance, and the overall cost performance is still relatively high. In addition, the Asian restaurant in the hotel is a little expensive but the taste is very good, recommended to try
Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time.
Perhaps all the rooms have a sea view, but it would be better to get a room with a balcony, which has the greatest strength.
The breakfast is rich and varied. The selection is very small. The small fried eggs are good. The hot and cold foods can be combined with your own. The second floor can directly watch the sea scenery. It is really good.
Wonderful location - near to 80% of the sites but not many tourists. Lots of amazing bakeries and cafes nearby with a local vibe. In Alexandria there was no hassle unlike Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. Service was very kind, friendly and professional. Value for money was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again.
The location is on the edge of the summer palace. It is very convenient to visit the summer palace. It should be a very good quiet seaside hotel, but the whole area is being renovated when you check in. It is like a large construction site. The advantage is gone. The disadvantage of being far from the city center is highlighted. It is better to live in a hotel near Fort Quinn. Feel better Alexander.
Room facilities are good, new in Alexandria, but breakfast does not meet the five-star standard

The manager is not flexible. I spec more than 7 days with two rooms, and they refused to give me the breakfast included even my request thus not happened with me all my life over world
He is hiding himself and not in contact with the customer .
I had a reservation for 5 days, I used 3 days and due to an emergency I left and gave the remaining 2 days to one of my friends. I informed the reception about this and got their approval. My friend came and said that there was no objection, but I was surprised two hours after I left that they refused to accommodate my friend. I did not get the money back. What is the solution? Note that the receptionists Israa and Nour were kind and helpful.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and quiet, and thank God all the guests I saw were respectful in their dress and manners. The hotel was also beautiful, clean and wonderful, and their breakfast was varied and beautiful as well.
GGuest UserAfter crossing the road, it is the seaside. It is convenient to eat and go shopping around. The front desk luggage service is courteous and friendly. Breakfast is rich. Recommended
GGuest UserWonderful, personal service in this beautiful old heritage hotel located right on the corniche in central Alexandria. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and enjoy the view.
BBeijingzhibeidesnowService: Breakfast is good. On the 12th floor, the view is very good, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The lobby staff is very strict in security checks, and the reception is warm and meticulous.
Environment: It is on the beach, which is OK.
Facilities: The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is relatively clean. The hotel is on the side of the coastal avenue, with a lot of vehicles, and the window insulation effect is not very good. There are fewer cars until about 1:00 in the evening.
Hygiene: It is not bad.
GGuest UserThe hotel has different types of rooms, we lived with a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, but there are also rooms in houses right on the beach! Breakfast takes place in a small restaurant on the beach, it is very simple and cute at the same time! The hospitable manager of this restaurant! Loves Russians) Open veranda, beach, sea, cats...) great!
There is also a restaurant inside the hotel, but we also had dinner at the beach restaurant. The hotel beach is like between two city beaches, but has its own territory with sun loungers and beach cushions. Of course, both pillows and loungers require urgent updating! The beach is sand and there is also sand in the sea. The water was still cool, but it would be great to swim in the heat! The hotel is actively preparing for the summer season! Many rooms are being renovated! We experienced days with Wi-Fi not working, the manager called regularly and asked if everything was okay with us. There were no towels in the room upon check-in, we chalked it up to low occupancy of course...but☝️
And one more thing: something needs to be done about the laundry carts or ask the maids not to push these carts around early in the morning! It feels like a bombing has begun when they are taking them early in the morning along the pool! 🙈
Cocktails can be ordered by the pool, of course don’t expect much variety and quality)
Great live music by the pool in the evening! There was a live concert inside the main building too! Hookahs can be ordered everywhere: from the pool to your room and on the beach on sun loungers.
The wait staff is attentive for the most part. Mohamed Ali, who helps with things, also helps with other issues. A taxi from the hotel is a very real thing. You can go to the city. People went to the Four Season at the shopping mall!
Along the embankment where the hotel is located, there are several food establishments, and there are bicycle and ATV rentals! You can go to a cafe, grab a drink and sit on the beach, tables on the sand by the water.
In general, we liked it, after the necessary update it will be just great!

WWEIJIALocated in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. Hotel service is very good, breakfast is rich ~ do not want to go out in the hotel can sit by the sea, or the summer palace garden is a good choice
SSophisThe hotel is on the seaside with a good view. It has its own beach. I don't have time to go there. The room is large in size and fully equipped. There is a balcony to watch the sea. There are many varieties of breakfast. Overall it is good. The restaurant is on the 11th floor, but it doesn't have a great view.
GGuest UserThe service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.
GGuest UserThe room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra.
Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff.
Location excellent.
The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up.
This could be a great hotel, but is a
now a reminder of indifference and apathy.
The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person.
The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert.
Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.
EERRENice hotel only the corridors which lead to the rooms are a little dated with gray carpet in poor condition. The corridors are sad and need to be refreshed with a good lick of paint. The rooftop pool and spa may be out of order at this time of year.
