We stayed one night at The Continental Hotel on our way home from a European road trip. We booked a package which included dinner and a 1/2 bottle of champagne. At dinner we were told we could choose from the 50euro menu but we chose the 30euro menu instead as we preferred the menu options. When we got the bill we saw that they had deducted the difference of 2 x @20euros from the cost of the red wine that we had ordered as well which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. We also got a discount on the cost of the public car park which is right next to the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and we would certainly stay again. (The tarte tatin on the 30 euro menu was delicious!)
Отель удобно расположен в центре. Очень приятный персонал на ресепшн. Уборка была каждый день. Круглосуточное заселение и доступ в отель. В номере было тепло - работал обогреватель. Ремонт уставший, но для помыться и поспать подходит более чем.
The hotel is very good in the old town and is easy to find . The spa does not appear to be the hotel but is located in the same house and at 14:00 so we could not use it.
Reception so friendly professional fast.
We haven't used breakfast because you can immediately get a French breakfast in the street cafe.
There is a parking space unusable for us because we arrived. But the hotel reception has made it possible to find another. Overall we have very well sleeped the air conditioning was also well set.

We highly recommend this hotel! From the point of enquiry, I received prompt, friendly replies to our queries, specifically surrounding the secure parking needed for our campervan. Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! Our room was in what seemed to be the newer block, over the road from the main reception area and pool. It was on the ground floor, with security shutters, a safe, air-con. and a large bathroom with double shower. We were pleasantly surprised to have tea and coffee in the room and it was super clean! The lady on reception spoke good English and helped us to navigate the best route into the city centre, (20 min. walk) and onto the Notre Dame Cathedral, (a further 10 minutes). We made the most of our stay with a visit to The Museum of the Surrender and a tour of the Taittenger Champagne House too. Thank you Au Tambour for a wonderful stay and final stop on our French road trip!
As an absolute Champagne lover it made our first experience in the famed region all the more special to stay in an authentic Belle Epoque styled boutique hotel. Everything was absolutely outstanding: from the hospitality, service, cleanliness and Covid-19 precautions, this hotel went beyond and above the definition of excellent customer service. Both Francois and his wife (who run the hotel) were personable, courteous and extremely caring. From arrival until departure, we were treated like honored guests - a royal treatment. The hotel was immaculate inside and out. The room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was spotless. We will most definitely return to Reims and will without the shadow of a doubt be staying at Grand Hotel des Templiers. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.
This is truly the experience of what you would expect from the Champagne region. Regal elegance, pristine grounds and rooms, exceptional service, and of course, Champagne. Do not hesitate to enjoy the breakfast before heading out on your Champagne tastings for the day - it is truly decadent and delicious. The bar is the perfect place to end your day, and the beds are incredibly comfortable for a good nights sleep. Above all, the service surrounding this experience is nothing short of exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book and if you can, the junior suite is sublime!
The front desk service is good, patient, explanation, guidance, the room is clean, there are many cabinets, convenient to store, there are snacks and candies, very warm, there is a ceiling air conditioner in the room, there is also a heater, and there is also a bathroom heater,. Warm, 😅😅😅. There is free parking, but you have to check with the front desk.
Where do I start! This seems to be the first review in a couple of years, things have not improved. Located on an industrial estate outside of Reims, but way too far to walk into the city, the area is bland to say the least. It faces a coach depot and a garage with a housing estate to the side and rear. For some reason the hotel is split into two buildings about 100m apart. The rooms are basic to say the least, they are small, hot, cramped with lino floors and bear no resemblance to the provided photos. You can easily touch the ceiling, the bath is tiny, the bathroom adequate at best, there is no safe, only one chair and if you put your feet out of the bottom of the bed you can touch the far wall with your feet. On a plus note the bed was quite comfortable and the place was clean. I cannot tell you what the evening food was like as we did not eat. Breakfast was not bad, having a reasonable choice of dishes on offer. I can tell you that other than being told we could not have a drink as we were not ordering food, and our friends being told that they could not eat their own at the tables outside I was not impressed. There appears to be an issue with security in the area... PLEASE take note. A motorbike was stolen from outside of the hotel around the time of our stay and our friends were approached by some shady taxi touting for business. This place is at best adequate for an overnight stop if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Other than that, go elsewhere.

Excellent location - 10 minutes to station & trams, few moments to restaurants, cafes etc. Hotel small but tidy, quirky, clean - art in rooms. Quiet at night, on 4th floor. Breakfasts fine. Staff helpful. Minor issues only - ran out of apricot jam (in France); milk powder in coffee machine had chocolate mixed in - so cafe au lait etc were mocha style. Some reviews are really critical - but try some French, smile, remember the price. Thoroughly recommended for a few days in a very interesting city.

Excellent
GGuest UserFabulous spot right next to the cathedral so beautiful & definitely recommend a balcony room facing out to the cathedral. Loved this quirky hotel which was once a fire station very modern but with touches of old features towards its former use. The staff went above and beyond to make are break perfect (to booking a restaurant for us to valet parking and just being friendly and helpful)We sipped champagne at the front of the hotel restaurant outside with a back drop of the cathedral. Must just mention the delicious breakfast too.
We booked this hotel as it was new and looked really nice and Radisson have a great reputation, we had also booked a table for dinner at 7.30, confirmed by email. Parking is in an adjacent multi storey. When we arrived at 12.30 we were informed room ready at 3.00 which is the norm, however we were told they couldn’t let us eat that night as they had a large group booked and there wasn’t room for us!!! This hotel is in a new build area and not close to the city centre, the staff did not offer us any assistance in finding an alternative for dinner, so we decided we wouldn’t stay as planned, the staff didn’t seem to care we were upset, so we left. I have to point out we weren’t charged for the cancellation which at least was something, but it all felt very unprofessional for a large international company like Radisson.
DDadao トキziLocation is good.
I visited during Christmas.
the christmas market
and i asked how long it was going to be until today.
i was taught.
the next day, i'm going to visit the projection mapping of lance cathedral.
I changed it, but projection mapping was held until today and the Christmas market was held throughout December.
i want you to know the exact information about the schedule of the event
now d.
GGuest UserFriendly staff, check in until late which is helpful when at the mercy of unreliable public transports
Clean room with all you'd need for basic cooking over a long weekend, loads of wall sockets, super useful when travelling with loads of gizmos
Good location in a walkable distance from the cathedral, town centre, champagne cellars...
The train station is not too far either
I'd book there again
GGuest UserGreat location! & parking available but they only have ~8 separate garages with doors, in a secure building(they give you the remote control access) 13€/24 hr with “in & out”. I booked ours the day of check in & got the last spot. You can pull up in front of hotel & check in & they will give you the remote & a map of where the garage is(1-2 blocks). Booked the “superior” room with air con & it was the individual type that is mounted high on the wall. It worked fabulous mid sept!! It did not have a coffee maker or frig, but the reception can loan you an ice bucket & the Monoprix (3 blocks) sells bags of ice(3€45). The bathroom was wonderful! Super clean. Common space (when reception closes for the evening) is only a vending machine with drinks/snacks with a small bench & chair right inside the entrance door. The lady that works FD was super helpful & friendly & her English was perfect. -Downside: the reception desk, tiny lobby with books, microwave & the awesome back outdoor terrace with tables & chairs is only accessible when the reception desk is open! We stayed on a wed & thurs when their website said open until 8:30pm so we hoped to enjoy the outdoor terrace in the evenings after sightseeing, so it was disappointing that we could not since they closed it at 7pm (2 nights in Reims will keep you busy & lots of sights don’t close until 7p) *the FD lady DID text us the day of check in to let us know..& would have text us codes to get in & room key if we arrived after 7p*
GGuest UserGreat location at a very reasonable price. It is just a 5 min walk from the train station. Recep was very friendly and helpful. Love that the room was big with space for me to roll out my yoga mat comfortably for some stretching. Happy that there’s a heater in the bathroom because it can get very cold in the room. Down side: this room comes with absolutely no amenities. You will need to come prepared with all your toiletries.
GGuest UserThe rooms are quiet and well-equipped, beds are comfortable. In the bathroom the toilet is very low and getting into the bath is quite a challenge - and when you do finally make it you discover that you cannot teach the soap dispenser. which is high up on the wall, a fine position if you want a shower, but otherwise ... On the negative side, although there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, no milk is provided and has to be requested at the bar, which is easier said than done when the bar is busy. The self-service breakfast is excellent, with everything you could possibly want, but I cannot recommend the dinner experience - you are expected to order via an app on the table, so if you don't have a smart phone you have to wait for ages until someone finally brings a menu, and the food, when it arrives, is very average and definitely not served with a smile.
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel with great location. Clean, nice room. People at hotel are friendly and helpful. But one side of building, the corridor is a bit dark. Need to change the lamp to the lighter one. Automatic lamp works a bit slow. I am a bit afraid to walk on corridor.
GGuest UserFree secure parking firstly with camera surveillance, locked gate after 9pm which was excellent for our motorcycle. Friendly amenable service, requested extra pillows, not a problem at all. Air conditioned room with a comfortable bed and a superb shower. Good breakfast the next day. Hotel will supply you with a 15% off voucher for the Italian restaurant across the road but we chose the O Grand Buffet just up the road, unlimited, quality food, I'm talking langoustines and steak for around 20 euros. Close to exit roads to the motorway and also to tram stop if you want to go in to the city. An excellent place to stay.
Really lovely bungalows, under the sky. There is no air conditioning, but you don’t need any as the trees and the green keep the environment cool enough. It’s clean and nice. Kettle is provided with usual drink bags. Parking is handy and it’s quiete. I will go back again when around
