"The hotel was in a great location. The staff was helpful and professional. When we first got there, we were confused because the hotel lobby is on the second floor, but we were directed to where we needed to go. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, so I let the front desk know so that they could get it replaced. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the rooftop wasn't available for guests and only for private parties. I think that it would be nice to offer to guests when the rooftop isn't rented out."

"Location is great. The Executive King Room is spacious and comfy. Receptionist is friendly. We tried the gym and it’s well equipped. On snowy days, I think they should help cleaning the snow in the drop off area outside the hotel. We basically have to step in the puddles to get in the car."

"The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!"
