"for me this hotel one of the most grate hotel in all over my travel. thank you very much, i feel that i am special from check in time to check out time, with easy flexibility in dealing with customer. "
"I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding."
"Although this is still my favorite hotel in the Houston area I wasn’t extremely impressed this stay. Our air conditioner was blowing hot air so we slept with the balcony door open. On our final day the shower wouldn’t drain.
I will still continue to stay here because the staff is excellent and the location is perfect. And the views are amazing "

"The hotel is conveniently located and has easy parking. Check-in was quick, the front desk staff was warm and considerate, efficient, and arranged rooms according to check-in requirements.
The room was reasonably laid out, clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, which helped with sleep."
"The hotel where I lived in the United States for more than ten days was basically dissatisfied. When I arrived at Houston, I could easily play with my son for two days. I chose the hotel for a long time. I was very satisfied, the service was good, and the location was great!"
"Room size is good, clean and no smell; the environment is prefect, nice decoration.
The pool is nice, but not use due to cold weather at this moment. The experience is fine."
"It is the second best hotel in the Houston Downtown area. The volume is relatively mini. But the Chinese are used to living in four- and five-star hotels in China, so this place is not good. It is a few steps away from Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Also, several Marriott hotel foyers in the area look very lowser. The next time I come to Houston, I will only stay at the Four Seasons Hotel."
"Hotel environment is good, location is convenient, business travel is preferred, next time there is a business trip arrangement will choose this hotel, very good choice, it is worth choosing many times, hotel breakfast is individually ordered"
"A very good hotel, clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The only thing is that the parking fee of $50 is more expensive.

Amazing
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at a youth hostel that truly stood out for its exceptional qualities. Nestled in a residential area, its location was incredibly convenient, offering a tranquil retreat just a bike ride away from the city center—less than 10 minutes to be exact. This made for peaceful nights, ensuring a restful sleep in a safe environment.
The hostel is run by a delightful couple whose hospitality knew no bounds. They were not only eager to assist with any issues that arose but also went above and beyond by providing bicycles. This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly.
What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care.
The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers.
In summary, this hostel was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home, or perhaps more accurately, a homestay. It's undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in globally, blending the comfort of a home with the adventurous spirit of a hostel.
刘刘白子_lssGreat Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve
I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.
The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere.
That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through.
Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used.
Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.
EEbenezerWe stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old.
The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one.
The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed.
The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

KKingHuckI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities, particularly the weight room. The weight room was small and outdated, with limited equipment and not well-maintained. As someone who enjoys working out during my travels, I found the lack of quality fitness facilities to be a downside.
Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel due to its other positive attributes. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the room service was prompt and efficient. If the hotel could invest in upgrading their weight room and fitness facilities, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future, but hope to see improvements in this area.”

GGuest UserI stay here 2-4 times a month when room rates drop.Fresh coffee in morning. No breakfast but alot of fast food places to eat all around here.Huge rooms with all amenitiesSoft bedsRoku TVs with cable..
LLIANGThe hotel is located in the western part of the city, close to Chinatown. There are various restaurants around to choose from. Affordable, you can cook and eat by yourself, the yard is very quiet, it is recommended to stay at this hotel
GGuest UserThe facilities are a bit old, and everyone is doing it every day! The surrounding environment is quiet and safe! The front desk can change the change, the induction cooker, the refrigerator, the microwave oven is very easy to use, I bought a frying pan, stir-fry, and fried steak to eat a lot!
