They all refused to find an excuse to say that there was no projector in the room, but I was clearly on Ctrip. I saw there were still rooms. Therefore, I had a bad impression of this hotel, and the front desk had a bad face throughout. In the end, they asked the manager and reluctantly upgraded my room.
