落在房間裏的東西就找不回來，體驗感還是有點差的。剛退房然後商量回去找一下，直接拒絕啦。還是挺傷心的。

本次出行體驗感最差最差最差的酒店，沒有之一。酒店的衞生環境真的堪憂，如果有帶孩子來的千萬不要住這個酒店，房間的開關上還有門上都是上一個房客留下的油漬，真想知道四星是怎麼評上的，出租車司機都説這個酒店之前衹有一百多的房價，就是因為暑假漲了六倍嗎？六倍就六倍吧，但你把衞生搞上去也行啊。早餐也是查的離譜，自己體會吧……

床上還有毛髮，廁所馬桶裏麪也沒刷乾淨，還有屎。早餐品種很少，包子都是冷凍食品，裏面也沒熱透。枕頭有股汗臭味。不會再去住了。

超級差評，離店時落了拖鞋，吉列磁吸刮鬍刀，洗髮水。離店後打電話聯繫，説是衹看見了拖鞋。結果出差回來後去拿，什麼都沒有找到。😇東西總共價值500塊左右，但並不是錢的問題。總之，體驗感極差的一次。

酒店房間面積大，也算乾淨，但是浴室的花灑設計太弱智！都釘在牆上，動也不能動，冷熱水分別開關，洗澡需要自己左調右調，調不好就燙着或者冰着！浴室房間狹小，淋浴頭在牆上直衝著你噴，躲都沒地兒躲！剛洗了3,5分鐘滿頭泡沫時，沒熱水了！那個冷熱水開關也不提示往哪邊擰能關上，冷水沖的我冰冰涼！凍的要死！趕緊收拾一下出來報修，她們那個高經理人不錯，一個勁兒賠不是，忙前忙後給收拾。給我們從9層換到7層房間。7層一看就沒怎麼住人，衞生打掃的不乾淨，浴巾和洗漱用品也很舊，想着能洗熱水澡就算了。結果剛洗2分鐘，發現不下水，洗澡水已經漫過腳面了，然後又收拾完了報修。修來修去地漏堵了就是不下水，此時已經晚上11點多了。高經理又給我們找了7層另外一個能洗澡的房間，但房間衞生太差，經過商量，衹能在7層洗個澡，完了再回9層房間睡覺，折騰完12點多了！看着高經理在那拖地打掃衞生的樣子，讓我想到真是巧婦難為無米之炊啊！酒店硬件設施老舊跟不上時代變化，再精明能乾的人，有勁兒也使不出來。酒店為了節約成本，也沒有固定的保潔人員，晚上值班就高經理和一個保安大哥兩人，出了問題，她倆當前台、當維修工、當保潔打掃衞生…十項全能！這樣的酒店能長久嗎？！説實話，酒店地理位置不錯，去市中心或坐地鐵都很方便，房間面積也大，這麼好的一手牌，被酒店領導寫點評個稀爛！建議酒店領導，把那個弱智花灑改造再把保潔人員配齊了，早餐廚師全換了（早餐就是我拍的那兩張照片，就那幾樣東西，味道還難吃的不行！），這個酒店一定會生意興隆！

酒店的位置很好，前台的服務人員很辛苦，態度也非常的好。
但是，酒店的管理團隊應該不是專業酒店管理團隊。
酒店的衞生間沒有任何可以放置衣物的掛鈎或置物架。這一看，這種設定就不是幹酒店的人設計的。
酒店打掃衞生的服務員竟然是鐘點工！🥲
晚上需要服務是需要麻煩前台值班人員跑上跑下的忙活。
酒店的服務細節無法跟上，真誠地希望你們正視這個問題。
