訂了3天房孩子高考，剛公佈考點就在攜程預訂，因為怕影響孩子，打電話詢問是否可以把大床換成雙床。工作人員特意跑上樓給我拍了照片，是否介意有個柱子，很感動。入住以後發現我們這一層基本都是考生，很安靜，客房清潔人員以及其它工作人員都很客氣，服務非常好！忙碌緊張辛苦的高考，在這裏得到了很好的休息。謝謝！

時間比較久的一家店了，但是前台服務讓人十分十分滿意，能給你的都會給你。讓你倍感親切，早飯也不錯，早飯的阿姨人也很好很熱情。外賣還有機器人送餐，蠻有意思的。

早餐非常好，乾淨品種豐富！給個贊👍！因是孩子參加高考，擔心房間有雜音，實際上完全沒感覺到外面道路的吵雜，略有感覺改變房間的雜音。整個酒店服務也很好！

前台服務看似很好，實則是相當不人性化的假“規範”。因為考試而臨時加價，12點之後延遲退房一分鐘也説要收半天房費，讓你不得不買鐘點房80元的券。電梯咣咣啷啷咣咣啷咣的撞個不停，那個聲音每個樓層都能聽的異常清晰且深入人心，絕對讓你通宵達旦！半夜跟前台反應，前台説雙床房都是這個位置，沒辦法。所以住雙床的再想想吧！早餐20元實際上衹有炒飯，兩三個菜，麪條看着就沒食慾，雞蛋老了感覺得有好幾天了。

距離大連北站及南關嶺地鐵站約10多分鐘步程，方便。
以這個價錢來說，早餐超值，餐廳阿姨的服務很貼心，讚。

唯一想留在大連玩幾天的理由，大連的景區，一個字，臟亂差，哈哈，但如家酒店真的是非常棒，前台服務一流的棒，有求必應，態度非常好，是我入住過服務最好，態度最好的酒店，事無鉅細。設施雖然不是新裝修但比圖片好很多，衞生乾淨整潔，再説一次，服務超級好，到前台，送房卡，前台全站起來雙手迎接。
