I went to mayfair tea resort for lunch with my family on the occasion of my mom dad anniversary… Really had a great time out there…food were delicious must try continental Chef Nicholson is one of the best continental chef…He made a mouth watering pizza for us…Priya and Dolma from tea pot were really helpful and were always ready to serve us with our order…Thankyou guys and best of luck for your future…

We stayed in Mayfair for 4 days recently, apart from the wide spread property ambience and tea garden estate, hospitality , food and dining experience was at next level. Their staff made our stay more pleasant, specially Laxminarayan ji and chef sabyaasachi for such a wonderful experience. If ever in India , and want to experience best hospitality, luxurious experience, warm and pleasant stay, one of the best places is Mayfair Siliguri. From entrance to chai tapri in morning to box office (cinema theatre) showing movies and tea tour in evening, lavish breakfast and an amazing dining & food experience anyone would look for. Our family, specially my parents and siblings are still in awe and would love to visit soon again. Regards, Raj Vijay

I had heard good things about this resort and decided to check it myself. Winding through busy and work in progress roads from the airport, one tends to feel a bit down until you reach the Sukna road crossing. The treat for your eyes starts from the road leading to the resort and once you reach the big white gates of Mayfair Tea Resort Siliguri, you forget everything. The staff are in their best trying to make you feel at home while your eyes move across the art, artefacts, design and colour coordination of the hotel. The abundant lush greenery with well thought out venues like the pool side, the greenhouse, the restaurant spaces are all beyond the ordinary. I could feel the atmosphere of positivity and freshness all around. The Chai ki Tapri,a beautiful tea kiosk nestled amidst the tea gardens with music of by gone era makes you nostalgic, romantic and invigorating. While the food is a notch higher than excellent, the smiles of staff in and around the resort leaves an everlasting memory of the resort . The resort has restored the tea garden in a sustainable manner and is worth mentioning.I would love to come back again and again to savour the freshness Of this beautifully managed property by the Mayfair group. We are a family of 4 & it was our 9th visit to the Mayfair resorts( all over India); we stayed in the director’s suite for 4 days: the hospitality was superb& services were wonderful:the ambience is too good to be true& true to the motto of Mayfair that” stay with nature “ The services of mr.Kailash Chandra Sarangi of central reservation @ Mayfair,Bhubaneswar is unforgettable & deserves appreciation: the smiling services of personal butler Mr.Dipankar(Guddu) is commendable & he needs to be patted; the superb supervision & care taken by Mr.Lakshmi Narayan & Mr.Durga Mohanty, the ,manager (F&B) are memorable Overall a memorable stay

We stayed at the Director's suite for 4 days and it was our 9th visit to mayfair hotels and resorts. We were mesmerized by the property and its ambience right from the beginning, full of lush green tea estate and serene atmosphere. Mr. Kailash Chandra Sarangi of central reservation, Bhubaneswar deserves appreciation for organizing everything so well. The services of Mr.Dipankar(Guddu), the personal butler provided to us, was exceptional and deserves appreciation. The personal care taken by the F&B manager, Mr. Durga Mohanty and Mr. Laxminarayan Panda are highly appreciable. The tea estate tour in Land rover ride by Mr.Jiten is unforgettable. Also, the services of Mr.Shubro at restaurant and Mr.Ravinarayan deserves appreciation. Overall, a memorable stay at Mayfair tea resort and would love to visit again.

Great food and service. We had good pizza and drinks over by the pool. Very memorable. Thanks Rishav from service and Nicholson Chef. Rooms are well put up. Lots of history around tea . The hallways have team marketing from 1900. Deep tea gardens as far as the eye can see.
