The location is a little off, but the hotel facilities are good, basically matching the domestic five-star hotels, the service is also very good, and the price is reasonable. It is not far from the city center, highly recommended

The Godfrey is a beautiful establishment! My first interaction was with the Valets. They were amazing. I was confused about parking, but each of the gentlemen took time to explain parking to me. When it was time to pick up my car later in the evening, one of the Valets, instead of just pointing me in the direction I needed to go, walked me to the valet desk. I was a little taken back when I checked in after the Valet interaction. Now, the young lady at the desk was in no way rude, she just didnt provide a lot of information. She didn't discuss any amenities, the cost of parking or how I needed to use the room key on the elevator to get to my assigned floor. She didn't even tell me where the elevator was. Again, she wasn't rudy, plenty pleasant, just didn't provide any information. The star of this review would be Floren he was AMAZING! He was very welcoming and enthusiastic. That young man deserves the highest of fives! This was my first stay at the Godfrey. Will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in Detroit, From the moment I arrived, Britney at the front desk made check-in a breeze and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room decor was stylish and modern, and the bed and shower were terrific.
The hotel's bar restaurant was outstanding. Particularly enjoyed dining at the Hamilton restaurant, where the food was absolutely terrific. When I had friends join for dinner, the waitress went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic experience.
And let's not forget about breakfast – Bella provided exceptional service. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and I will definitely be returning when I visit Detroit again.

Very comfortable stay. Only issue was food was cold from room service, but staff refunded cost. Very pleasant staff and rooftop bar was spectacular.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Godfrey. The double shades and comfortable beds allowed us to have an excellent night's sleep. The front desk was welcoming, polite, and ready to help. We would definitely try to stay there again when we return to Detroit

Wonderful property. Lots of places to walk to. Soon the train station will open that is only a 15 min walk. The restaurant and bar on the 7 th floor was awesome , really enjoyed the a**osphere and food. Most of the staff were outstanding.
