"All the staff are very friendly. The variety of breakfast is good and tasty. The hotel atmosphere is good, but the equipment in the
room seems to be old."
"It was reported that there were too many mosquitoes last time, this time it is worthy of praise. There is no re-experience of the last time in the basic room.
This time I lived in a club room, and the supporting executive lounge needs to be complained about. It’s embarrassing to take a few bottles of drinks and say no, you have to drink them in the lounge or pay for them. I want to ask how much the hotel is short of for drinks?
The customer-oriented service awareness is still not enough. We should study how to make the guests live comfortably, instead of thinking about where we can charge more money."
"The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center.
PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice
TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point "
"Had the most phenomenal stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very beautiful and classy, with thoughtfully designed rooms, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff, however, were the ones who truly made my stay in Dhaka memorable. Everyone here is incredible. I always felt like a VIP here and the staff were always willing to help me and ask how I was doing. Sajuti, especially, was so kind and helpful during my entire stay and I am so grateful for her. Shoutouts to Ayesha at the breakfast buffet, the outside security staff, and everyone down at the front desk as well."
"I have lived in the coconut grove for several years, and I come to her house every time I travel. The boss is a woman with a bold personality. I have been in the catering and hotel industry in the commercial area of Dhaka city center for more than ten years. I have a certain understanding of various industries. I just came to Dhaka to open the factory and gave me some kind suggestions! I have stayed in two hotels in their home. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service to help out the invitation letter. The environment is good and the configuration is high. The rooms are clean and bright. The rooms are large and clean. The waiters are thoughtful. The most important thing is to provide Chinese food. It is trustworthy and recommended. Chinese hotel."

Great
GGuest UserPros:
1.) Below USD130 for a king deluxe room and room is big.
2.) comfort mattress
3.) key card access to floor
4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi
5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet
6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool
7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good
8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine
9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from
10.) in room facilities is perfect
Cons:
1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong!
2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all
3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain
4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station
5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise
6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests
7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good
8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.
VVivienxianyuqingThe room was good for Bangladesh, and it looked good in the photos, but the details were not very good. There was dust and a lot of dirt on the carpet, probably because they didn't vacuum. The toothbrush cup in the bathroom was very dirty, so I used a glass water cup to rinse my mouth.
JJayGood hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.
AAnonymous UserExceptional Stay at Bengal Blueberry Hotel Dhaka - A Warm and Welcoming Experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.
Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.
NNico BossIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .
GGuest UserI had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Blossom Dhaka. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The food was delicious with a great variety in the breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient, making travel around the city easy. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality – they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Hotel Blossom to anyone visiting Dhaka. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service!
PPatrick van SchaikVery good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.
BBenjyWangHotel staff is good, because the wrong date, the hotel agreed to a full refund, booked two rooms are different agents, one of the agents directly refunded in full, and the other Taiwan agent directly refused to refund, because one booked for six days, and later sent the hotel staff chat message to the agent after deduction After a day of room charges, the final payment was refunded. Ctrip has been coordinating the whole process. The problem is stuck at the agent. The first day is not refunded. The next day, after multiple coordination, it is refunded for five days, but the room fee for one day is deducted, and the hotel does not charge any fees. So if you book an agent, you must be optimistic about the time and the refundable time point. I booked the wrong date because I booked it after a month. I made a mistake first, one of the agents was stuck and did not refund, and I booked the same date next month.
