一般不評價，但此次入住體驗糟糕，希望能給大家一些參考。
房間暗，床品潮濕。衞生間狹窄，8點後才有熱水，且衞生間積水無法排出。木頭房子幾乎沒有隔音，隔壁房間呼嚕聲恍如在耳邊，早上4點就被各種動靜吵醒，無法再入睡。
除開硬件設施，前台接待人員態度生硬，已經很久沒有遇到這樣莫名其妙讓人不痛快的情況了。看到有人説想吃早飯的要早起，我想説還是算了，早餐一人衹能一個雞蛋，然後就是白饅頭、白粥和涼拌包菜，不值得。

位於恩和中心區域，民族風濃郁，交通便利，院子很大可以停車。房屋屬於民族特色的木刻楞，裏面每一個房間裝修簡潔，原木質感十足，基本設施齊全，熱水充足。入住時服務員給錯房間，老闆主動提出換房間或返還差價，誠信經營，值得表揚👍

很少給旅店打差評，因為大家都知道的原因，這幾年旅店很不容易。但是，為了讓廣大旅客真實的瞭解一家旅店的情況，也是我們這些點評人的責任。7月下旬入住，定了2間房。衞生情況堪憂，燒水壺臟的無法形容，床單被罩好像也沒有一客一換。入住時房間開窗開門沒有注意，晚上休息時，房間的騷味讓人無法入睡。樓梯很小很陡，老年人再拿個箱子簡直無法想象。吃飯的地方衞生情況也不樂觀，一人拿了個雞蛋就算了。房間很小很潮，説了幾次給礦泉水，結果也沒有。唉！對不起這400多的房價。本來聽説恩和商業氣息沒有室韋濃，特意選擇再恩和住了一晚，結果不是那麼回事。反而再室韋住的多利亞之家讓我看到了真正的木刻楞旅店是什麼樣的衞生和服務。

前台接待的那個小夥子很幽默，我把身份證遞給他説定了兩間雙床房，他問我是誰？一會兒找不到訂單，一會兒找不到鑰匙。好在後來老闆來了，老闆人挺不錯的。
早上9點到餐廳，告知沒有早餐了。想吃早餐的朋友還是早點起來吧。

怎麼説呢？未開發成熟的地方，又是旅遊旺季。説不上好服務。房間有點小，衞生間更小。與市區的酒店沒有可比性。不是本地人開的，專職做民宿的兩位兄弟，風格與兩位東北兄弟性格有點像

來到很有驚喜，門口就有一條小河，還可以下去和河水親密接觸。房間整齊乾淨，很安靜，老闆娘很熱情，免費幫我們升級了房間，這裏的早餐都是自家做的，能夠品味正宗的本土風味（包子很好吃）
