We love staying at Quality Inn in Effingham. My brother lives in Effingham and we like to visit. Our kids love playing in the pool and everyone is so polite. The breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfast's we've eaten at. Always clean, too!

This was a stopover for a longer trip. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful when asked about eating places. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good, also. We would stay here again.

Room was clean & staff very nice. Breakfast not very good but more offerings than expected for a small hotel. Pool area was nice too.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and smelled fine (no smoke or anything) …the bathroom was very tight though, kind of uncomfortable to use the bathroom when the toilet is pressed up so close to the door/wall like that but maybe other rooms are configured differently. As for the hot breakfast it needs improvement, we definitely didn’t go back the second morning.

The place is great we have been going every year just to get away and relax for a couple nights. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t much relaxing as there were kids running down the halls at 5am but that is definitely not the hotels fault.

Great spot for traveling through town. Front desk personnel were very friendly! Comfortable bed!! Clean room and overall good experience for the price point!!

The building is clean and in good condition for it’s age.
When occupancy is low, staff could assign rooms away from stairs and entryways.
Hiway noise is considerable. Consider filling rooms opposite of the hiway on low census times.
