Atlant Sky Hotel

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. First of all, the location was important to me - on foot to the Mountain Carousel and by taxi 3-5 minutes to the ski lifts. The hotel fully lives up to its stars. Breakfast, room, cleaning and the rest are very decent. But the most important thing about this hotel is its people. Those who work for us and make our holiday carefree. I would like to especially thank the reception employee Nadezhda, who was very involved in my check-in. I chose the room and the view from it that I would be happy to return to after the ride. Thank you very much for your work. I wish you prosperity and good luck🙌

The Atlant Sky Hotel itself is nice. Nice rooms, beautiful, clean, comfortable, swimming pool included for free, kettle in the room, hairdryer, slippers, beautiful Chris**as tree, bus stop nearby, Patisson dining room around the corner. We lived in a different building, so in winter you need to dress a little for the pool. Swedish line - in my opinion, you can’t get there from inside the hotel either, the entrance is through the street. However, 3 stars means that the hotel must match them in terms of service. However, here are the points that I noticed: 1. Breakfast is not bad, there is hot and cold, but on one of the days this hot food (sausages, omelet) was cold. 2. Upon arrival, we were placed in an uncleaned room. For the kind of money the hotel charges, this is still unacceptable :) 3. The girls at the reception do not correspond to the competencies of 3 stars. I understand that they have only been working for 2 months, but they are too unprofessional (the girls don’t even know how to use office equipment, they take photos of their passport details on their phones). They are of no use if a problem arises. 4. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days. (31.12 and 02.01) - Why there is a “senior maid” walking around with a leaf remains a mystery. So, on one of the uncleaned days, the maid came in, hung a dirty foot towel on the shower stall carelessly, returned the “please remove” sign to the hook and that’s it. She didn't even take out the trash. However, upon check-out the head maid "takes over" the room. ))))))) 5. NYE banquet: at first we wanted to be at the NYE banquet, but we were redirected from one person to another, by the 5th person we got tired of it and decided to celebrate NYE in another place. It should have been like this: you call/approach the reception, there is a list, there are places - reservation + deposit. It is done. No room - ok. If anything changes we will call you back. You are on the “waiting list” 6. There is a kettle, but a couple of tea and coffee bags are not. 7. We were not assigned to the best room on the 1st floor with a window into the wall, despite the fact that the hotel was not full at the time of check-in. But that's okay. 8. An unkempt and unkempt girl asking for her room number at breakfast. Guys, well, not 3 stars))) 9. The cherry on the cake - a huge cockroach accompanied us in the bathroom on the floor on the last day :) The senior administrator turned out to be resourceful, according to her version, it was an ordinary street beetle that flew in in the winter, when the insects no, into a closed bathroom through a window that isn’t there. In general, you can take a person out of the village, but you cannot take the village out of the person. Something like this. I wrote a review directly to the hotel itself. Of course, no one will publish this on the site))))))))))))))))))))))))))

We express our gratitude to the staff of the Atlant Sky Hotel. They are such hard workers - they spend all day cleaning and washing things. It's so nice to come back to clean rooms. The hotel administrators are very polite - it is always a pleasure to contact them with any request. Very good cuisine in the hotel restaurant!

Wonderful family hotel with good breakfasts, clean, nice pool, homely a**osphere. There is a special room for equipment with ventilation and drying. Responsive staff, thank you for your stay, we will come back with great pleasure. I really liked it 👍🏻😊

From July 16 to 21, my daughter (18 years old) and I vacationed in Krasnaya Polyana, we chose the Atlant Sky hotel. Pros: the room is very spacious, a kettle, cups, glasses, a decanter, a water cooler on the floor and an iron with ironing board. Breakfast is not bad, no frills , the pancakes are cold, but the vegetables are stewed and the cutlets are steamed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but autumn is deep, I didn’t dare swim there. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, a balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel reminded me of the hotels of the 90s. The hotel has restaurant, the restaurant staff kindly provided us with plates and a knife. Cons of the hotel - no sunbathing area and outdoor pool, little fruit at breakfast, no variety. I think that the hotel is suitable for a family holiday, the price-quality ratio is good. Another plus is that the hotel is located at the Megafon stop, it is convenient to travel to Sochi and Rosa Khutor. We express our special gratitude to the hotel administrator Olga Nikolaevna. She is the soul and face of the hotel! The hotel website is very simple and clear for booking, there are many promotions. I booked the room myself, paying for the first day online using a receipt that was sent to me by email. The rest of the amount was paid upon arrival.

My husband and I lived from 01/30/2022 to 02/05/2022 in family room 12-05 (the photo of the room corresponds), the only negative in the hotel is the lack of heating batteries, but this is not critical, everything else in the hotel with the official category of 3 stars is 5+ ++. Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, excellent breakfast (now it is a buffet including hot dishes), and the main advantage of the hotel is its location 50 meters from the bus stop. The ski room is fully equipped; many people dry their things there after skiing. I recommend the hotel, despite some shortcomings. I wish the hotel prosperity and grateful clients.

Excellent hotel, everything is clean, recently renovated, plumbing and electrical appliances are in working order, rooms are cleaned every day. Very tasty and varied breakfasts on the buffet, I recommend it 👍 We were on New Year's holiday, the hotel was warm, the water in the pool was 29 degrees, we had a great time with our child. The staff is polite. Next time I will go to them too. By the way, the location of the hotel is excellent, next to a bus stop, a supermarket, and a convenience store. In terms of price, it was one of the most affordable for our dates; to be honest, I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. Separate heated room for storing ski equipment. Overall five stars, no less. A really cool place to relax, we were very pleased.
