At the entrance you are greeted by a girl who is extremely tired and dissatisfied, and you still need to find her - she came up 4 times, and each time she was looking for the receptionist. While we were driving the cars into the parking lot (a place near the flowerbed), she offered to start registering us, since we have children with us, in order to save money time, I heard a dry answer to this - we need the originals! I offered to fill out something for now, they said we need original documents, arguments - that I will fill out everything for now, and come with the documents - were not satisfied. If you start a conversation with guests, only if you have original documents, then they should know that it is prohibited to take copies of documents! When checking in, hair was found in the room in the sink and on the bed linen. The safe was locked. When asked to give 2 rooms next to each other, they were assigned to the 1st and 3rd floors. The pool is small a depression in the asphalt, with water of a strange color. The view was of parked cars and the pool - the noise was such that in the room we heard 2 women in the pool discussing a cardiologist from the clinic. The room is very stuffy, it’s simply impossible. It’s hard to open the window, because the room is almost stands on the asphalt and the window is a door to the street, closed only by a flimsy mosquito net. Breakfast is simply terrible! Millet porridge, buckwheat, sausage, unknown sausage and cheese of 1 type, the casserole is very dry - impossible to eat. We left breakfast and drove off normally eat. But the most interesting thing was when they called us in our room at 21.10 and said, we’re standing there talking loudly and disturbing you. If you don’t have soundproofing, it’s your problem, not ours. You can hear the station very well.

We checked into the hotel on 10/9/23 and saw upon arrival that the floor lamp was broken, but this is not a five-star hotel to be charged for this! And today we were leaving and the administrator hung this floor lamp on us! They charged 1500 rubles for something that was broken by no one knows! Check the room upon arrival and report all defects immediately, otherwise I won’t be surprised that everyone who stays in this room pays an additional 1,500 rubles on top, because there is no time to sort things out! Terrible disappoin**ent, we won't go here again.

A wonderful hotel, one of the best in terms of price-quality ratio of services provided. We vacation here often. I am now at the hotel (from 04/26 to 04/28/2023). This time I brought my baby with me - my granddaughter Katyunya, 2.5 years old, and we were very pleased with how we were greeted, quickly checked in and settled in by the administrators Daria and Victoria. In the morning, Tamara Arkadyevna pampered us with a wonderful buffet breakfast, delicious, varied, satisfying. In the evening she baked us excellent Adjarian-style xs khachapuri, I have never tasted something so delicious even in Batumi, the capital of Adjara. A warm welcome always awaits guests of this hotel. We came, we come and we will be happy to return to you. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We booked a house for 1 night to save time on the road from Adler. We got an ice-cold house! They simply didn’t warm it up for 1 night, apparently) they offered heaters, which had difficulty heating the room at night with the doors closed. Everything else is ice: toilet, shower, floors. Waking up early in the morning, we ran away from this icy kingdom to bask in the mountains)) ps: it was also impossible to light the fireplace in the house. And, by the way, there is a train station right above the windows. Ahh!!!
