Totally regretting choosing this place because of budget, as for solo travellers, it will be a huge waste to get a room, now it is a HUGE regret. However, just like some Google review (I saw after booking) said you are getting college dorm experience if you book this place.
Which is very accurate, you have no privacy in the place not even a linen or curtain, at night the place is full of mosquitoes and bugs, I was keep bitten by them in the middle of night, It is acceptable that they don’t have air conditioner, but you barely get any air in your room.
The check-in is till 3 pm. I think it is also acceptable that they have no early check-in and I think I waited for two hours (min is 30mins i think) to get checked in, it was a rainy day and everybody is waiting, which was chaotic and everyone lost their patience with the situation, go somewhere else and this is walkable from but not so close the the station either.

It is a youth hostel, therefore it is noisy, the staff are trying there best but the turnaround was really busy.

The staff is friendly and the location is good. However the equipment in the room is basic, it doesn't have a chair in the room. The bathroom lacks a hanger for towels and clothes. Despite this, everything else bus good.

Near Duomo. Can walk to tram station and Firenze SM station ( via narrow pedestrian pavement). Indoor pool available but didn't use.

I really enjoyed staying here!! It is in a great location. Only about 10 min walk to the train station and about 15 to the Basilica! I stayed in a mixed dorm and had no issues. I will say, the lockers don’t lock they only close shut. Safely securing my belongings is very important so I wish there were lockers that actually locked. Besides that I loved it! The roof view is also amazing!

Room is not crammed as it has two partitioned sections within the room. Two bunk beds as you enter and the other walk in section has 1 bunk bed and a single bed 👍👍👍 The ensuite separate toilet and bathroom is a really good provision too 👍👍👍 Kitchen is basic but has 2 microwave and 2 fridge where you can store some foods. There’s also a restaurant that provides meals with menu variety

Our stay here in Florence Plus was great only location wise is far from the station. Very clean Hotel 5/5 . Aquite place we love it

Walk to most attractions and the train station within 15 minutes. Bus stop and convenient store nearby.
Fee for luggage store, 3 euros per person for the rest of the day after checking out.
