晚7點左右開的房間，前台很熱情的跟我説可以升級免費房型，我也高興答應了。
結果，第二天早上9點左右，隔壁一直在拿鑽機敲牆，咚咚咚的響到我退房。期間10點左右打了前台電話反饋，她們告知已交涉無用。11點左右前台打電話過來，以為是反饋好消息，結果是告知我退房時間最多到中午12點。
我就在想這麼大的連鎖酒店，隔壁在裝修，還給客人安排旁邊的房間，美其名曰免費升級?訂酒店是為了休息好，我晚上3-4點睡，9點多就被機器敲牆聲震醒。酒店還一點辦法沒有，真的無語
