To whom it may concern,
My name is Richie Williams and as a company we regularly use Ibis Budget Hotel at Selestat. We have been coming here for many years now and I just wanted to write to say thank you to all who work there from the Manager to the Receptionist and even the housekeepers. We are always welcome at the Ibis on each visit and the rooms are always to a high standard of cleanliness as is the whole hotel. Your staff are a credit and asset to your company and I do not had a negative word to say against anyone. I just wish more hotel had such a high standard that you deliver here. Everyone is so polite and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. The standard of food at the breakfast is very good too and that area is kept very clean.
I think thats its only right that I thank you and all your staff for all you do and for always making me and my colleagues feel so comfortable.

Reception did not know the payment procedure and wanted me to pay the total again, despite showing him that I had already paid. Was sorted out by a manager but caused anxiety for about 15 minutes at the end of a very long day.

Very good value for money. Despite a slightly dated decor, the rooms are clean. The hotel is very well located close to all shops, restaurants and the highway. The staff is very kind and efficient, too bad the soundproofing of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

Dated hotel, small room but reasonable for the price, average welcome, not enough towels, average lunch (when we manage to get a table!!!!!), sheets not very clean and smell in the room. He deserves a good rejuvenation!!! .not very good for the agreement channel

Hotel chosen for our traveling workers: constant draft in the room, general bad smell, dirty bedding, damaged blinds, no staff to contact for a change of room.
