Worth staying, all the rooms facing the Mount Fuji. Stunning view of Mount Fuji just in front of you. Room is newly renovated. Good staff service, and it is a baby friendly hotel

Super nice view of Mt Fuji. Staffs are very helpful as well. Also, I expected the room to be a bit worn-out since the hotel has a long history but it turned out super neat and new.

Room was big and clean with an amazing view of Mt fuji. Kiseki dinner was also delightful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

The hotel view is excellent and wake up with Fuji mount view.
The service is good and free shuttle to the station. The hot bath with Mount Fuji view. It’s very relaxing.

Super nice and helpful staff!!! Nice view from and room is big. We were having a really great time. I was there during autumn, and really close to Momiji Corridor Lake Kawaguchi, it’s worth the visit if during that time. Recommend to book at least 3 months in advance or there is no option for room.

The room was a standard room on the 4th floor. Compared with hotels in Tokyo, the room was larger, clean and hygienic. The staff was warm and friendly. There was a free bus to pick up at Kawaguchiko Station. Before 10:15 am, there was also a free bus to Kawaguchiko Station.
The hotel has an excellent location for viewing Mount Fuji without obstruction. The breakfast is also rich. The kaiseki cuisine for dinner is quite satisfactory, with ordinary ingredients. The open-air bath environment is also good. Free bathrobes and towels are provided. You can use them at will from 5:00 to 24:00. It is worth recommending!
Disadvantages: The facilities in the room are lower than expected compared to this price. The 3rd floor is currently being renovated. I hope it will be better next time. In addition, the room rate does not include the 300 yen/person hot spring fee, which can actually be included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay twice when checking out.
