#negative #I was disappointed with the Cleanliness, Location, Service, Amenities; Checked in early in the morning, service attitude was poor, told Diamond members no discount, the woman spoke very harshly, attitude of "you can stay or not". I used Ctrip to pay, thinking it was their address, asked if it was your address, they said it was, but after booking they said no. The waiter the next day was okay!
