The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it.
1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots.
2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that?
3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?
