The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it. 1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots. 2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that? 3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?

The room is superb...but the management is totally out..need to queue for bout 1 hour to check in.. around 6pm i get my key..after getting the key,I need to wait another 40 mins just for the lift.. i faced the same problem at night,after came back from dinner..the lift 😡.. the worst part,to check out ,i left my room at 1015am, i enter the lift at 1050am.. bullshit!!!this is the worst stay ever!! Really wasted your time.. just for the lift!! Please dun stay here if u don't want to go crazy.. not recommended for families with kids and old citizens!

Best stay i ever had ! Good view, Not a perfect room but considered clean , value for money. A small township around the hotel by 5 mins walk, u can get anything there. Cooking facilities with all the vessels needed for stay, washer cum dryer also provided, Friendly staff and front desk. Swimming pool(warm water) is best with a best view, you can always get Grab or in drive app easily for 6 MYR to go GPO. Highly recommended .

Not that sastified for the hotel as most of the facility such as playground equipments are in maintenance and the water heater for one of our room has problem for the adjustment. Overall, the location is good as you can find eating outlet and convenient store not far apart from you.

The receptionist Amir and Dipak are very friendly. The space is clean, the balcony is comfortable, can see the night view of Genting Highland. Definitely will come back again.

Everything is good. Spacious, good location. Complete amenities with spectacular view.

Bonus; 1. Easy check in/out 2. Near to GPO 3. Near to speedmart/7E 4. Big house 5.Clean house 6. Have washer machine/dryer/kettle Cons: 1. Should prepare more than 1 parking as it house with 3 bedrooms 2. Toilet need to be clean more 3. Water heater not so hot 4. Dryer need to have instruction
