"Overall had a wonderful stay, not the best but it’s good enough for a short staycation, took king balcony studio, unfortunately is low floor, view blocked by 3 buildings. Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes."

"Everything looks ok, except the Parking location is far & parking card to be validated at the Hotel lobby, which is not convenient. From room to Sky garden & take another lif from another tower block to the Lobby to get the card validated with free parking, & then hv to take the lif go back to Sky Gdn, & then take another lif in another Tower block, just to be able to get to my car. After validated card, we hv to be out from the parking location within 15 mins. Experienced while taking lif from lobby, sometimes it might takes 5 mins waiting for the lif, so it makes us a bit of nervous & hv to very hurried try to get the car the soonest the possible 🤦♂️"

"1. First of all, if you can take a shuttle bus, you can order a shuttle bus with the housekeeper first. Because it is difficult to tell where to go by taxi. The price of the car at the first hotel is quite confusing. There are 25-40 quotations, and there is no shortage of customers. So if you want to save trouble, you can still book a ferry, 6RM per person.
2. Secondly, the location of the hotel is a hotel apartment. After arriving at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, you can ask the butler to pick you up, because the room was still a bit convoluted in the past.
3. The environment of the apartment hotel is still very good. It is a suite with a kitchen, water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, etc. There are also snacks to eat. I am mainly satisfied with the bathroom design, because there are clothes hooks and ventilation, and it is very convenient to change and wash.
4. Yunding may be because of the relationship between Yundu and actually can't see anything. It's all cloud and fog outside."

Only the view is a little less due to the construction next to the building. In terms of safety, there should be a grill on the wall mirror, very tall. If you want to play pool, you have to write your name, the guard will always look. Overall satisfied."

JJanice Lim Mee LanApart from the basic amenities, the hotel has some nice touches like gifting a stuff toy (pink snake) and provided a fruit basket on our day of arrival. They also send macarons in a cute box to us every evening.

- Free shuttle bus provided to Awana Sky Station (wait at Platform 1)
- Family friendly with pools, gym facilities, large hotel lobby space with some board games (I think?) and pool tables
- Spacious room
Cons:
- The toilet had many ants crawling on the floor along the door
- Rooms look old and dirty (a corner was filled with saw dust that we had to call housekeeping to clean it the moment we checked in). Not sure if it meant to kill off the ants? But they are very prompt and apologetic about it
- The bed was noisy if you flipped and tossed
- Netflix on TV cannot be accessed
- The shuttle bus frequency is at every hour
- They no longer provide free Cable Car Tickets unlike what you might have seen on Social Media

NNingNing1601This is our 3rd time staying at Scapes Hotel. Despite the location is a bit “inside”, but the room cleanliness, spacious, buffet breakfast and the price paid for is far more worthwhile. As long as you are travel by car then it won’t be an issue. Definitely recommended.

啦啦啦米Staying at Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to major attractions and business districts. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is beautiful and very comfortable overall. I was assigned a room with a balcony overlooking the quiet and peaceful hills. However, this hotel does not have a designated parking space as normal, so, guests are free to park in any other parking lot with a maximum fee of RM11 (weekdays; I'm not sure about weekends though). If you decide not to drop off your bags at the lobby first, you will need to be ready for a long trip carrying your luggages from carpark to the hotel (I parked at Resort Hotel carpark as it has a bridge connecting to SkyWorlds Hotel). In addition, I was given a room in Valley Wing, which is the wing across from the lobby building, so the layout of the hotel is a little complicated, particularly from the lobby to the room. From the lobby (Level 1), I must therefore ascend to Level 3 and then cross an ”offset connections” to reach Valley Wing (Level 7). In any case, the personnel is incredibly welcoming and eager to assist visitors, especially when it comes to check-in. This hotel is worth the money because it's quite comfy. Without a doubt, I'll return.

AAnonymous UserIt was a quick getaway before starts working..not my first time here in windmill and booking under maple home..easy to check in and check out..parking card access provided..everything was smooth..only that there's only one mirror in the house..that's only in the toilet..appreciate if you could add one mirror at the hall or in the room..will definitely come back some time soon..

LLai HoongOverall, our stay at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel was good value for money. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute drive from Resorts World Genting, and the price for a 2-bedroom apartment was very affordable—so I really can't complain in that regard.
However, one major issue to note is the road leading to the hotel. It’s winding and can be quite challenging, especially at night or in foggy conditions. On our second night, visibility was so poor that we could barely see the road and almost veered off. If you're driving, take extra caution and go slow.
As for the breakfast, it was basic. I particularly enjoyed the eggs. That said, I did notice small cockroaches around the plates (do lookout for that before deciding to eat or what to eat), so I’d recommend bringing your own wet wipes to clean the tableware before use. I also noticed that the kitchen/breakfast area was quite understaffed, not sure is it due to low season.
Despite these concerns, given the price we paid for four people, including breakfast, the stay was still quite budget-friendly. If you're looking for an affordable stay near Genting, this might be a suitable option—but be prepared for the drive and cleanliness issues.

BBasseeOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

SSITI ROZAIDAThe experience during check in was bad. Being asked to go to the number counter. Long queue to get number, but then the staff at the number counter said no need numbers. He asked me to go to other counter and look for a staff for assistance. Have to queue again. Only one check in counter with assistance from a staff. When my turn came, the computer 'hang'. Have to wait for the staff to check me in. Then I have to go to another self check in counter to pay rm3 using credit card. The camera at the counter couldn't be used to scan QR code. Really hustle.
Parking is not free. Hotel guests need to pay parking using TouchNgo card.
The hotel room was okay. Small room but comfortable enough for one night stay.
