The location is very good, the station is 350 meters right, about 2.2 kilometers away from the attraction, Yan Road slowly walks to the attraction, feels the local street view is very good, about 450 from the hotel there is a ”Dunhuang supermarket” Chinese city, you can buy a lot of Asian food, instant noodles are a lot of European prices are very cheap, Can satisfy the Asian taste, the hotel is clean, quiet, and very comfortable to live. Ghent attractions are more beautiful than Brussels, and the security is much safer. Walking on the street makes people really feel the leisurely atmosphere of Europe (not comfortable at all in Paris)
The room is very large, the balcony room is set, and the only one is on the road. Room number 141, everyone avoids lightning. Because the car sounds at night. I also encountered construction in the morning and couldn't sleep well.
Reaction with Trip was also solved.
There is always a fox smell when the room opens, and the window needs to be opened for ventilation.
It takes3-5 minutes to walk from the old street in the main district.
The hotel environment is great.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it is very close to our multinational long-distance bus station. In the morning, checkout luggage is collected in the afternoon. It is 15 minutes before the bus departure in the hotel reception hall. It is great! The counter service is friendly and friendly, the room is large and the equipment is good, and the road is not noisy. We stayed for two consecutive nights and took a ride from the train station near the hotel to Bruges for a whole day. We chose breakfast included because there were not many guests and there were fewer choices for meals, which was the only fly in the ointment.
The room is very clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively complete. The breakfast is on the first floor. It is very rich. The attitude of the waiters is very good. It is relatively close to the campus of Ghent University Industrial Zone.
What a beautiful hotel! Rooms were very nice. The restaurant was completely booked online. Even when check-in, it was still asked if it was possible to book a table for 2. This was fortunately possible! And what a nice restaurant (adviser!) Also breakfast next morning was well arranged. Friendly staff and a good location (5 min and you are heart center) We will certainly come back here again!
Beautiful hotel with perfect view of a cathedral from our twin room. Hotel is in a historic building with lovely architectural features by the canal and the room we were in was a cleverly designed ”duplex” with the bathroom and sinks on the upper floor (ie loft) which made full use of the almost double volume ceiling in the smallish twin room we were in. The only drawback was that the steps were narrow and steep and would pose a problem if one had mobility issues. The toilet was located by the door next to the entrance but there was no sink for handwashing. Alcohol gel in a pump bottle was provided.
There is a café, lifestyle / clothes shop and supermarket in the same building. Very convenient and the hotel's location was walkable to all the sights in Ghent central.
The front desk staff were very polite and gracious and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived before 11am, since check-in was strictly at 4pm. We were happy to find that our suitcases had been already delivered to our room when we returned to the hotel at 4pm.
There are 2 bars in the hotel - one which is open to the public which was buzzing in the evenings and a guest-only ”Honesty Bar” (1st photo) in which hotel guests could purportedly help themselves to liquor and pen down what they had imbibed - but I never saw anyone in it ! This could be due to a lack of ice or mixers. Or glasses. 🍸
Nice breakfast room. The room is also good. It's a little far from downtown (close to station) When you get water in the bathtub ... something is yellow; There is no air conditioner and the pen runs on the ceiling, but it doesn't get hot even in summer
The service of the hotel is very good, it is a small private house, the room is very big, and it is a handsome male waiter who also helped us plan the route of play. There is heating in the house, which just feels that the whole house is relatively old and smells a bit. Very convenient for self-driving, parking is free. You can rent hotel bicycles to play in Ghent, 9 euros per person a day. A small hotel very close to the people

YYayaThe river view room is great value, and the location is great. The view of both sides of the Vanilla River from the window every day is amazing. The cruise ticket office is a 1-minute walk from the back door of the hotel. Anyway, all the attractions can be reached on foot. I really recommend it!
JJack_WTPerfect hotel in Gent, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, and the Tram in front of the hotel will bring you to the center of this lovely city!
Renovations are almost finished, but even with the renovations, you won't be disturbed.
GGuest UserAmazing helpful accommodating staff, spacious rooms, parking a bit expensive at 19 euros .
The breakfast was good lots of choice
15 minutes drive from the centre
The suite had beautiful large bed and everything and more to accommodate at very pleasant stay
KK. ToThe hotel is located near the train station, there is a supermarket nearby, and the room has a kitchen for cooking. It is recommended to everyone! You can choose to walk or take a bus to the attractions. The lobby and rooms are clean and tidy.
JJamesGreat hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline.
Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see.
Although the room is small, it was comfy.
AAnonymous UserLocation and the property are very nice nearby all the highlighted spots.
House keeper is very helpful. (Room entry card was not working, I got a big help from her.)
I deducted 1 point from the service of reception once she ignored my request of small spoon.
Overall is great.
GGiles LawrenceThe room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.
고고고I just needed the towel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly, people living in the same room were also friendly and nice. We enjoyed talking to each other. The facility was managed very clean and seamlessly. I would really recommend the stay. Also, the view from the room was great!
GGianmarcoSpectacular location, we absolutely couldn't ask for better. We were in the pulsating center of Gent, in front of the town hall and the streets full of clubs in the heart of the characteristic Christmas market. The room was very large and spacious, more than enough for a couple. The structure is not the latest generation, but everything does its job. We only had one problem with the TV not working which, unfortunately, given the period it was not possible to solve. For the rest all the staff was kind and ready to our needs. The reception is open 24 hours a day. We would choose it again without a doubt.
CCowquite far from the train station but close to attractions.
a rather old hotel. the door locks are the round shaped ones. the hot water supply of the shower was not quite steady. the room is quite small for europe i think.
the plus side is they gave us the room well before the official check in time. we arrived at around 10:30 and they gave us the room right away. there is a free breakfast buffet as well (even my room choice is the most basic one).
