A very cool atmospheric environment was turned into a chic, stylish hotel which even has a motorbike loft where guests can park their bike/motorbike inside the room. The double bed in the loft is huge and super comfortable and the open view bathroom has fantastic Rituals cosmetics. Their restaurant, Sagibeiz is a five minute walk away which might not sound ideal for a breakfast walk but its stunning lakeside location definitely makes it worth the effort. This is a hugely popular wedding location so it comes with a bit of a hefty price tag but the whole atmosphere makes up for it. And if you are lucky, then you get to meet the wonderful Marika at the reception who is all hearts and smiles, a wonderful hostess.

I have spent a total of 7 weeks at this hotel for work reasons. Nice rooms, nice breakfast buffet, friendly restaurant staff and beautiful view. However, there is no physical reception... meaning you need to call their remote help center for any sort of assistance or administration. And therein lies the problem: - Noone feels responsible. From the 8+ times I called, I had a different person on the line every time for the same problem. There is not an assigned contact person for specific needs. Every time I called, I had to explain the situation again. - Unfriendly staff. While some of the staff were friendly, there were some who were not understanding and not willing to help with problems, that were previously solvable. Specifically a German lady who was very inpatient and unfriendly, at some point even outright snappy. - No internal communication. Things agreed on by phone call or per email aren't held up. Every time it required a phone call to solve issues with payment and receipts, even though it was the same procedure every week. There seems to be no concept of leadership or communication within the system. As for my company, we frequently book this hotel every year, resulting in hundreds of nights spent at Neu - Schönstatt. However we have now decided that the administrational stress and inflexibility of the Hotel goes beyond what one can expect and will no longer be booking here. If you are looking for nothing but a place to stay with no specific requests, this is a nice place to stay. But if you tend to require assistance of any sort, stay away.

The hotel is located in the green, in the village of Lihn. It is very well reached to foot in a few minutes. From the rooms and from the Bistro and the terrace you have an amazing view of the Walsee and the Churfirst mountain. Filzbach is a relaxing and very cozy place. The room was cozy, with super view of the Walsee and the sanitation facilities very clean. I feel very well at the hotel also because of the staff's hearty attention. In the Bistro you can eat delicious, even vegetarian or vegan. The village of Filzbach is very well located; as a starting point for beautiful walks and you are also fast on the Walsee down there, where beautiful bathing experiences and other walks are waiting. The hotel's quiet energy is ideal for you to get down or to take a break. Very recommendable!

Hi everyone, We have visited hotel Seedam plaza in Pfäffikon many times and always leaving this place with nice and positive emotions. The hotel itself it’s very comfortable,clean and has a nice view to the lake. The food at the restaurant it’s super tasty and they have a huge choice of the wine. At the summer time they have nice terrace outside where you can have a drink and dinner with beautiful view of the sunset on the lake. It’s very easy underground parking. And it’s 10 minutes walk to the train station,which is a half hour ride to Zurich. It’s a beautiful walking pathway around the lake. And you can walk till Rapperswil that’s is a pretty little city with a castle. Near the hotel you have a Seedam shopping mall where you can buy whichever you need. Just wanted to say thanks to all personal of the hotel for being very nice to us,and particularly The front office manager Jan Klingelfuss. And our special thanks to Videsh and Juan at the hotel bar. This guys are super nice,professional and polite,they always remember our preferences. We see that they work very hard to make all the guests very happy.
