We had a great stay at Hotel Mision Grand Casa Colorada. The hotel is conveniently close to Pipila’s monument, where you can grab the Funicular”. In less than 10 minutes we were at the doors of Teatro Juarez. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly fantastic. Starting by Lore, at the reception, who was always very kind with all our needs. The waiter Rafael was also exceptional. The room had a soectacular view to Guanajuato’s city centre. We could see the most iconic landmarks from our window. Congrats! If you need a good hotel, with onsite parking, close to city centre and with spectacular service, look no more; this hotel is one of the best.

I booked a romantic dinner for my sister and brother-in-law, he wanted a private space with a view and the option they offered was very suitable, since it included the assurance that they would have a space for themselves and even the exclusive service of a waiter, however , upon arrival at the restaurant, they had nothing prepared, no decoration, no private table, no dinner, much less knowledge of the reservation, despite the fact that the transfer was made for half the total and they confirmed me with total truthfulness, up to folio generated and sent me a screenshot of it. It was a super unpleasant experience for them, because they were very excited to share that unforgettable moment and it was, but in a terrible way. If you are looking for romantic dinners in Guanajuato, please fall for this place, you will be disappointed in life.

Muy insatisfecho, el mantenimiento del hotel en general está en muy mal estado, secadora no servia, aire acondicionado no servia, d Grifo de lavabo se le salía el agua, tv Netflix y prime solo funcionan con cuenta personal, sillones sucios, la verdad es que no lo volvería a elegir, reserve suite presidencial y me dieron junior en pésimas condiciones, además muy caro para servicios de escasamente 1 estrella

Tuve una cena romántica y no saben que fracaso de comida me salio carisimoooo lo único que valió la pena fue la vista porque de verdad la comida fría, la carne pésima nos dio la impresión que ya tenían preparado todo porque elegí el menú. Las verduras de bolsa precocidas de verdad muy muy mal los alimentos. No vuelvo a comer en este restaurante. Que por cierto nada barato. Se le mencionó al mesero de lo ocurrido y su respuesta fue pues dice el chef que esta en su punto. De verdad fatal experiencia.

Un lugar muy agradable, la atención del personal muy buena, es especial del Gte Jose Lira, y el mesero Luis, excelente servicio, jamás había visto la presentación Tan espectacular de platillos, la habitación estaba muy calida y con una gran vista, agradezco profundamente a todo el personal de este Hotel, las actividades de Guanajuato súper divertida en las callejoneadas. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia espectacular !!!
