是老顧客了，這次給差評，是因為住了兩天離店後，發現小朋友把紅包丟在了梳粧櫃上，打電話去問，前台説已經過了一天了你怎麼不早打電話？要阿姨撿到會交的，我説裏面有100元，小朋友忘記了怕被罵所有晚説了，工作人員説去核實一下，確實有核實電話説阿姨沒看紅包直接丟垃圾桶了！給我氣的，你説她仔細嘛上次那個大瓶的水封口開了，我沒開過沒喝過，離店直接給我扣了10塊！我急着高鐵就沒回來處理，這一次不關她自己的事嘛，紅包直接丟垃圾桶，裏面不是五塊十塊，紅包有重量的啊，用了還好，實打實人民幣丟垃圾桶，我説怎麼處理，前台説我反映給領導，然後三天了沒給我回復！好帶也是一個多年老酒店了！有沒有企業文化？就不能有決絕問題的能力？我不怪阿姨，人性就是這樣，但是你們酒店招人要培訓啊，要有決絕問題的能力啊！錢丟了也就過去了，你們這樣處理問題，表示服務態度真差！圖片是晚上姑娘沖澡後酒店鏡子寫的，沒有惡意差評，就是事實軍事

昨天23:20多前台服務態度不好，問能她不能延遲退房，，，車是三點，兩點前退房？説延遲到18點前退房再付84，厲害了👍這位工作人員，要不是離北站近，不會選擇三星級的中華酒店，對面還有個橘子酒店，並不是衹有中華酒店可入住
