作為度假酒店，cp 值很高，房間舒適而清潔，房間及走廊到處有大象標籤的家具及装飾。插頭很多，方便充電。

酒店有穿梭巴士來往多個園區，交通極方便，上午先去飛鳥樂園，下午再去野生動物園，時間充裕，慢慢行園區，欣賞動物，令人心曠神怡。

服務很好，老虎大床房超級可愛，房間挺大，佈局合理，乾淨舒適，一覺睡到自然醒～離動物世界很近，步行幾分鐘就到。前面香江酒家的早茶也很不錯。下次來長隆還會選擇香江酒店。

酒店裝修及設計非常好，但離園區大幾10分鐘路程（野生動物園），另外兩個園區要接駁巴士，而且每30分鐘一班，因此必須要把握好時間。而職員態度非常好，亦會教導你如何使用微信小程式去訂購餐劵
