Cleanliness: Very dirty. Four cockroaches were found as soon as we checked in. The dust on the decorative chandelier felt like it hadn't been cleaned in several years.
Facilities: Very old and shabby, half of the bathroom door in the bathroom is missing. The TV also feels very old and the walls are a bit worn. Totally not worthy of the reservation price.
Environment: Average, there are more food downstairs, but the price is not cheap. It's a bit far from the subway station.
Service: average. As soon as the reservation was made, the merchant said there was no room available. After asking me to negotiate with Ctrip customer service, they shirk responsibility and say I want to check out. 離南站很近，還有免費車接車送，特別方便，住了幾次，得評價一下。這家公寓位置好，價格實惠，服務熱情，非常乾淨。前台態度一如既往地好，有什麼問題打電話給前台，她們會很快速地解決你的問題，辦理入住迅速，態度好，外賣可以送到房間，房間內還有洗衣機，免費洗衣服，衞生很乾凈整潔，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，行李也可以免費寄存。

望以後能一直保持高品質，我是最近和朋友在長隆附近玩，就順便訂了這家，剛開始沒報什麼期望，也是臨時訂的，就找到了這家，客服人非常好，幫我們免費升級了一個户型，運氣太好了[破涕為笑]性價比我是覺得非常不錯的，房間內設施很齊全，就住了一個晚上，我們辦入住很晚了，前台小姐姐一直在前台等着我們，後面房間有需要東西也送的很及時，第二天小姐姐也很貼心的給我延遲了退房，好久沒有住到這邊喜歡的酒店啦
