I rarely give bad reviews to hotels. I booked a deluxe suite, but this hotel secretly downgraded me to a business suite when I checked in. There was no communication with me. If I hadn't thought the picture was not right and the sofa was not big enough for people to sleep, I would have gone to the front desk to ask her. She told me that it was a business suite. She only agreed to pay the difference. She said there were no extra beds and quilts when I asked for them. Then the business suite was broken in many ways. The door was broken, the air conditioner was rumbling at night, and the sofa was too small for people to sleep. It was a very bad experience.
