It needs renovation. There are spots of mold on the wall and the carpet floor has big stains. When we entered the room it was stuffy. I set the aircon to 18°C, but after a few hours, in the middle of the night, it was still warm. Staff tried to fix it, but that didn't work. For a third of the price paid here, you can get higher standards elsewhere. There are plenty of modern and clean hotels nearby, albeit without the resort-like facilities offered here. But if we don't sleep well, it's hard to enjoy.

I love this hotel and the location. The hotel staff is very helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile for their visitors. Johnnie was especially helpful for me and my son. He made the entire‘s day very easy, comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful and very close to a lovely park. The breakfast is delicious and has both Chinese and western options. There are many activities for kids to do and also many amenities for adults, like afternoon tea and complementary cocktail. Only thing I would change about this hotel is their air-conditioning policy. The night I was there I felt a little bit hot and wanted to turn the air conditioning a bit stronger. I was told by their customer service that I could not do that because then other guests would be uncomfortable. I think they have different air conditioners for each room, so I’m not sure if her explanation was true. Either way that was kind of disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back! 

The main highlight of this hotel is the spacious and uncrowded swimming pool. There aren't many guests using the pool, so I can swim freely at any time. As for the guest rooms, they initially appear to be quite upscale, but upon closer inspection, there are many issues with equipment maintenance and cleanliness. None of the room's Wi-Fi connections work properly – either they can't connect at all or, if they do connect, there's no internet access. The microwave in the kitchen isn't properly cleaned and has a lot of grease on the handle.

The stay experience is very good. The room has good lighting, is clean and hygienic, and there is a free buffet breakfast. The hotel's service attitude is also very good. It is a very trustworthy hotel. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I go on a business trip!

The hotel is not far from the coast, where you can take your children cycling, and you can camp when the weather is good. Originally a commercial and residential apar**ent, most of the rooms used as hotels are scattered on various floors, so the rooms next to or opposite the owner may be self-occupied, or they may be companies used for office work, so when walking in the corridor, you can see the signs of various companies and the couplets posted by the owners, and the personal belongings placed at the door. It feels like an apar**ent, not a hotel. At the same time, because of the above situation, it is easy to wait for the elevator for a long time. If the whole building is planned as a whole, it would be better to have a few floors dedicated to the hotel, which would be more professional. The bathrooms are relatively small, and some of them have poor drainage. The shower is very useless. I wonder which era it was popular in? It is a single cylindrical shower with only one water flow and no adjus**ent can be made. It is very unfriendly to young children for bathing. The water flow is too large and too concentrated, and it cannot be adjusted to a soft mode. Children are very resistant. The shower hanging on the wall is also installed in a very inhumane way. When the shower is hung up, the water will rush towards the wall, and the angle cannot be adjusted, so it is impossible to hang it to wash your hair and take a bath. Apar**ent-style hotels are relatively large in area. Nansha, Guangdong is also a relatively humid and moldy place. It may be difficult to achieve perfection in hygiene. However, the visible areas of the room floor should be kept as good as possible. The moldy carpets (especially the crawling mats in the parent-child room) should be replaced directly, or it would be better not to use them at all. The washing machine in the room is probably not used by people who stay for one or two days. We wanted to wash the dirty bath towels and quilts we brought with us, but we found that the washing machine smelled too strong, so we had to wash them by hand. Regular guests must be careful if they want to use it.
