是自己的別墅改裝的
新開的比較乾淨，但是隔音有點不好，有人上樓下樓都聽的比較清楚。
不太好的地方就是去酒店根據導航走的時候很容易找不到路，後面打電話問店家才知道，到了後也還需要店家出來路口接才找到路，建議如果做民宿可以在路口做點指示牌做指引。

很滿意，是別墅改造的。房東一家都很熱情，感覺是拜訪了朋友的家。我們一家三口住的是複式，圖片上是閣樓，也帶了空調。有陽台可以晾衣服，停車位可以停車，廚房可以煮一煮不重口的食物，小區裏還有一條江邊步道，很舒適

房間比較大，乾淨衞生，周圍比較安靜，老闆人很好。兩張1.8m的大床，帶孩子住很舒適。床品乾淨整潔，頂層可以晾衣服。民宿沒有早餐，吃飯得出去吃。

私人別墅區裏的民宿，房間衞生整潔，設施齊全，環境安靜，離市區10來分鐘車程，住的親子房間，孩子住的很開心，主人夫妻倆還很好客熱情，非常滿意的一次體驗

房間很乾凈，周邊環境很安靜，離蘆笛巖、東西巷等景點都不遠，老闆很貼心，提前打電話問大概到達時間，提前半小時幫忙把房間空調打開，下車去桂林還會再住

環境舒適，老闆有問必答，就是位置稍微偏一點，不懂滴滴到不到，反正去兩江四湖這些地方開車要十多分鐘，但是晚上很安靜遠離喧囂
