I saw a lot of negative reviews online, but I chose this hotel because it was newly renovated in 2022. It turned out to be the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Guizhou. I followed the Ctrip navigation instructions and drove around for an hour but couldn't find it. I called and was told that the navigation was not based on the name of the store and it should be directed to a foot massage store. I finally got to the parking lot and it was speechless. It was said to be free parking but the parking spaces were very crowded. The waiter came out like a wooden man, squeezing and almost scratching the car. When I checked in, they collected a deposit of 100 yuan and didn't even give the deposit receipt. I had to go downstairs to get it. The two waiters at the front desk had two big ass faces and didn't say a word of apology, as if we owed them money. When we went upstairs to the room and opened the door, the nicotine smell of cigarettes hit our noses. The room was decorated very poorly. The air conditioner was not cool at 16 degrees. There was no hot water in the water heater. The water heater and air conditioner were bought from the second-hand market and were so shabby. It was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and we had to plug in and wait for hot water. There were spider webs on the wall, and there was a big cockroach 🪳. The waiter also said that this was normal. It was not because his family didn't clean well, but it was inevitable. Is this human talk? If your family is clean, would cockroaches 🪳 come to your house? Why have there never been cockroaches 🪳 in my house? I asked the manager to change the room, but he didn't say that I could apply for a refund. What the *** said was ********. How could a woman like me change hotels with a child at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night? There was no choice but to make do with it. As a result, I didn't sleep well the whole night. I was always worried that cockroaches would crawl onto the bed. Their hotel is in the same building as a foot massage shop and it is also on the street and very noisy. This hotel will be on the verge of bankruptcy if it continues to operate like this. I advise everyone not to choose their hotel, unless you really have no place to sleep on the streets. In that case, choosing their hotel is better than staying here, at least it can shelter you from the wind and rain. This hotel is a disgrace to Guiyang and it brings shame to Guiyang.

The room is big. The two beds I stayed in were both 1.5 meters long. The room was spacious. There was free breakfast, free midnight snack, and free parking. I was very satisfied after comparing with many other hotels.

The walls of the room were dirty, with footprints and blood stains. The walls were also bubbling and peeling. When I took a shower in the toilet, water flowed out and the toilet was full of water. The air conditioner was very noisy all night and the carpet above the bed was also dirty.

There are too many black fibers on the white quilt cover. It doesn't feel clean. Others are OK.
