A good experience in Japanese Onsen resort
Though the staff members were not fond of English, they made much effort to make you understand the resort's information

交通：最近的是塔之澤站，出站要爬很多樓梯，但如果攜帶大件行李推薦箱根湯本直接走過來或打車。
餐食：晚餐會上三輪，最後一輪居然是白米飯配味增湯+一點小菜，不好意思剩下於是吃到撐。味道還行，無功無過。
温泉：免費付費都體驗了，還不錯，推薦白天去付費私湯。
不滿意的地方：不提供免費冰塊，詢問了一下如果需要冰塊衹能通過點飲料的方式。真的很不理解，明明普通3星都有製冰機。然後房間自帶浴室的淋浴設備很老舊，花灑用起來不舒服。

旅館風景十分幽美，樓下有一條小溪澗早上醒來有一種仙景的感覺，建議早上要多泡一次溫泉，食物也很傳統美味，只是設施有點殘舊

晚飯非常不錯，我們從迪士尼乘地鐵轉新幹線換大巴直接可以直接到門口，很方便。私湯很棒，建議下午泡景色更好，我們晚上泡有點黑。早飯和晚飯是需要預訂時間的，建議早飯時間約到8點半，因為他會提前20分鐘來收被子，睡不了懶覺🥱

日本箱根很傳統的日式温泉酒店，酒店服務很周到耐心，房間很大乾淨，周邊環境很好，私湯要和前台預約分時間段，入住體驗還是蠻好的

傳統日式酒店，房間很大。定的一泊二食，早晚餐都送到房間，可以自主選擇進餐時間。酒店有私家酒泉，可以預約私湯時間，温泉很有特色。服務人員態度很好很耐心，非常推薦的一家酒店。

一素二泊的體驗很獨特～飯也都很好吃。
酒店很古樸很有特色，店員大多説日文，幫我們客房收拾的爺爺奶奶也都很可愛。我們那天到的早還預訂到了免費的私湯！就是房間有點黴味，到了之後一直打噴嚏。
