The front desk staff were really welcoming and went out of their way to help us with any issues, making us feel right at home. The sour plum soup in the lobby wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing, and the rose tea was also delicious. Our room was clean, and I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – even though the area was small, there was a wide variety of dishes and everything tasted great. The only downside is that many rooms don't have windows, but on the flip side, it made them incredibly quiet. It was stormy outside, but I couldn't hear a thing from my room, haha! 😄

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The soundproofing was also good; I didn't hear any noise. When ordering takeout, it arrives at the front desk, and you can even have a robot deliver it to your room for free, which was a nice touch. It's very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, but we didn't have time to take photos with the kids.

From the enthusiastic and efficient check-in at the front desk to the thoughtful and considerate room service, every step made people feel warm. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel's dining was rich and delicious, and the facilities such as the gym and laundry room were also available. Next time I travel, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!
