Atour Hotels in Harbin

My stay at Atour Hotel Harbin left me with an overall impression of a perfect blend of design aesthetics and practical functionality. The lobby, with its natural wood and warm lighting, offers a relaxed ambiance, featuring both the 'Zhuju' book bar for quiet reading and a self-service business area. The room layout was well-designed, with high-thread-count bedding that was skin-friendly and breathable. They even provide two pillow options (high and low), which is great for neck support. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had consistent water pressure. The toiletries had a light, natural fragrance. The smart panel in the room allowed for one-touch control of lights, curtains, and air conditioning. The blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a deep sleep even during the day. The soundproofing was surprisingly good; once the doors and windows were closed, I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or the street. The common areas include the 'Han Chu' gym, which, though not having a vast array of equipment, had enough for a decent workout, and a self-service laundry room with a dryer, which is incredibly convenient for longer business trips. The housekeeping was excellent, with everything clean and fresh. The location is also very convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs. While there wasn't excessive intrusion, requests were handled quickly. This is a hotel that truly pays attention to details, and it's definitely worth staying at again.

The room was very spacious. Jingqi at the front desk gave me a free upgrade, lent me a charger, and even gave me a souvenir. Afterward, she also helped me with my luggage. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious. I still prefer staying at Atour!

The location is fantastic, right by Central Avenue, a very bustling and lively area with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel is relatively new, but the room door lock was faulty and wouldn't close properly. However, it was fixed immediately after we reported it. The breakfast was quite rich, and for those checking out early, the front desk would prepare packed breakfasts in advance – the service was top-notch. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend it! One thing to note is that the handrail in the elevator seems to be positioned awkwardly. At the corners, it's easy to bump into people, especially hitting your waist if you're not careful. This could definitely be improved.

Staying at Atour S Hotel Harbin Central Street was by far the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Harbin. As Atour's brand new 4.0 product, its overall style is truly unique. There's no exaggerated decor; instead, it uses natural wood, linen, and sunlight to create a tranquil, mountain-retreat atmosphere right in the city. The moment you step into the lobby, any agitation melts away, and the subtle scent of botanicals in the air is incredibly soothing. The guest rooms boast impeccable attention to detail, with meticulous cleaning throughout – not a speck of dust or hair in sight. The thickened soundproof walls, combined with sealed windows, ensure exceptional quietness despite being in a bustling commercial district, allowing even light sleepers to enjoy a full night's rest. The rooms feature a smart deep-sleep mode, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and fluffy, letting you shed all your fatigue the moment you lie down. The amenities are equally thoughtful: breakfast caters to both northern and southern palates with fresh ingredients, and there's a comforting supper porridge served every evening. The Bamboo House library is quiet and elegant, perfect for a relaxing read. The staff provides gentle service with a good sense of boundaries, and any requests are promptly addressed. The location is also incredibly advantageous, within walking distance to major attractions and offering very convenient transportation. This wasn't just a stay; it was a truly relaxing experience for both mind and body. Definitely the pinnacle of accommodation in Harbin!

I always give five-star reviews, but this is the first time I'm writing a negative one! This was also the only disappointing, even infuriating, part of my trip to Harbin. Based on my positive experience at Atour Hotels in Beijing, I decisively booked two nights at the Atour Hotel on Central Street in Harbin. At 3 PM that day, the front desk called to confirm my reservation, and I confirmed I would be staying for two nights. Due to heavy rain, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 6 PM. After checking in, I entered the room and saw two pillars, one of which was right in the middle of the room. This was not mentioned at all during check-in. Because I was in a hurry to take my child out for dinner, I only discussed the room issue with the front desk after we returned. They said they could change my room tomorrow. I asked why such a room wasn't mentioned beforehand, and their explanation was: 'We had no other rooms available.' The next day, I went to the front desk to request a room change. The front desk told me I had to hand in my old room card first before they could make a new one. Their reason was that if they made a new card, the original room would become 'dirty' (meaning ready for cleaning), and they were afraid housekeeping would disturb us. They asked me to confirm that my belongings were packed, then call the front desk. After packing my luggage, I called the front desk, and a robot came to deliver the new room card and collect the old one. At this point, Atour Hotel had thoroughly disappointed me. There are three reasons: First, this type of room, which significantly impacts the living experience, was sold at the normal price of 600-700 per night, and the front desk did not inform me about it at all during check-in. Second, from the first time I raised the room issue until the room change, not a single front desk staff member expressed any apology. The entire communication and room change process felt completely impersonal. Even when I asked why they couldn't give me the new room card first, the front desk seemed impatient. I've had experiences at other hotels where I extended my stay but needed to change rooms. In those cases, they specifically brought the new room card to me and chose the closest available room to make moving my luggage easier. After I settled in, they would then notify housekeeping to service the old room. When traveling with family, packing luggage is a hassle and takes time; no one wants to change accommodations in the middle of their stay unnecessarily! In contrast, Atour Hotel, despite it clearly being their problem and causing me inconvenience, didn't seem to think anything was wrong and simply processed the room change procedurally. Third, in all my years of staying at hotels, the front desk staff I've encountered have always been professional, warm, and attentive. Atour's front desk staff are truly far worse than the housekeeping aunties. If everything is just handled by procedure with no service awareness, they might as well replace everyone with robots – at least robots wouldn't be impatient!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and makes for a good night's sleep. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the location is convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money. I'll choose this place again for my next stay.

Must give Atour +10086 points! ‼️ This Atour truly lives up to my careful selection. The location is excellent, with complete amenities nearby. The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜

it locate far from metro but easy to find Didi. room is very clean and also provide free porridge, laundry room. whic is great for long trip. it cost also very reasonable.  heat water is super super fast, i mean it hot within 2 sec!!!! trust me!. however for my lack of experience, i try to make my room have some cool air (26 degree) but it seem cant and i dont know how to adjust it 😅 so my night is quite hot. but most experience is great

Had a fantastic stay, truly felt the warm atmosphere and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, saving a lot of time – a great experience overall! The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. All the hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options to cater to different tastes. The complimentary evening millet porridge buffet with side dishes was also delicious! (See attached pictures) Highly recommend, looking forward to my next stay.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and a special shout-out to the young man at the front desk for his enthusiastic and excellent service!
