The hotel's location is excellent, really close to Central Street. After dinner, it's just a short walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument. I recommend visiting at night; the lights really add to the atmosphere and it looks even better than during the day. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They gave eye masks to the elderly to help with sleep and mosquito repellent patches for the kids. Although our room only included breakfast for two, and there were three of us, I was planning to use a member breakfast voucher. But the front desk attendant didn't hesitate and just comped us breakfast for all five days! From our very first day in the Northeast, we felt such warmth and hospitality. The facilities are comprehensive, and the laundry room is super convenient – no more bringing a pile of dirty clothes home. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept soundly. I even got to try Atour's third-generation deep sleep pillow and am thinking of getting one myself. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the staff was consistently friendly. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was fresh and delicious. Food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot, which is incredibly convenient. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is super practical, making washing and drying clothes a breeze – a real must-have for business trips or travel. The room's soundproofing was also good, ensuring a quiet environment. Overall, the attention to detail was excellent, and the value for money is definitely there. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet room for a great night's sleep. Laundry service was efficient and quick, and items were delivered promptly with fast responses. The restaurant food was delicious and offered a wide variety. Throughout my stay, the service was considerate and thoughtful, and I felt well-cared for. The staff were friendly and professional, making the overall experience a perfect ten. The pre-arrival care alone makes it worth another stay! Just to add – the staff were very busy when we arrived, but when we enquired about a last-minute room upgrade, they responded patiently, showing excellent training. Also, the beechwood incense display – whoever arranged it has a fantastic eye for aesthetics! 👍🏻

The room was very spacious. Jingqi at the front desk gave me a free upgrade, lent me a charger, and even gave me a souvenir. Afterward, she also helped me with my luggage. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious. I still prefer staying at Atour!

The amenities were comprehensive, and there were plenty of toiletries. Overall, it offers great value for money. This Atour stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised that the front desk called ahead to provide a thoughtful welcome, giving me the hotel address, directions, and times – truly heartwarming. Upon check-in, I was offered tea and informed about the late-night congee service, including its hours and menu options. The room facilities are new and complete with everything you could ask for: a massive 65-inch TV, automatic curtains, 65W fast charging, and a smart toilet. It was incredibly comfortable. In the evening, there was a great variety of congee at the self-service station. Checking out and getting an invoice was also very quick. There were no downsides at all during my entire stay. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

it locate far from metro but easy to find Didi. room is very clean and also provide free porridge, laundry room. whic is great for long trip. it cost also very reasonable.  heat water is super super fast, i mean it hot within 2 sec!!!! trust me!. however for my lack of experience, i try to make my room have some cool air (26 degree) but it seem cant and i dont know how to adjust it 😅 so my night is quite hot. but most experience is great

The hotel is situated on high ground, so our room on the first floor (and I'm very happy with the first floor! It feels very secure) wasn't damp at all. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is comfortable and elegant. Special shout-out to the two young ladies at the front desk, another +1000 points! The first one recommended delicious barbecue across the street. The other front desk staff had cute dimples, was very sweet and gentle, and gave my son a croissant-shaped keychain that he absolutely adores. 🥰 Harbin is a super friendly city. Our trip was rushed, and we missed visiting the Unit 731 Museum, which is a shame, so we'll have to come back again next time. 💜
